Booked the 2BR suite. The unit itself is pretty lux and very spacious. Really convenient location, and the views are pretty good. However, the WiFi for the suite is abysmal and I struggle to even load my web browser for a google search, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re here for work/business and will require to be working from your suite to an extent. I don’t understand how wifi connections can still be terrible in this day of age for a 4 star Aparthotel. There’s also very few sanitary products as you are not provided with hand wash.

We stayed in a SkyHome 2-bedroom apartment for a week in January 2025, and it was hands down the best hotel stay we've ever had! The apartment was so incredible that I honestly thought we’d won the lottery and been upgraded. It was absolutely huge—an incredibly spacious open-plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area, plus its own laundry room, a study, and two balconies! The master bedroom had an ensuite and a massive wardrobe, while the twin room had its own bathroom directly opposite, also with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook our own meals instead of always eating out at the nearby 'eat street'. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Pacific Mall and to Broadbeach/Kurrawara Beach. The facilities were equally impressive: two air conditioning units kept everything comfortable, the pool had both shaded and sunny areas, and the free-to-use BBQs were a great touch. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned, making workouts enjoyable. Even the teenagers commented that they’d happily live there full-time! To top it off, we got a great price for our stay. PS: The only difference between a 2-bed sky home apartment and a 2-bed apartment (apart from the price is that the skyhome comes with an extra room - set up as a study, but can be used for sleeping - had I known that I woudl have just booked the normal 2-bed and saved).
