Single-family house "Montebello". In the hamlet Kranceti 2 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny position, 26 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, 33 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 26 km. Walking paths from the house 2.5 km, cycle lane 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 23 km. The holiday home has everything you could wish for. The place where the house is located is also nice and quiet. But also central to see and do things in the area.

The house was absolutely immaculate and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. It is located in rolling green countryside, with endless biking and hiking trails. It's also peaceful, with no immediate neighbours. It's about 15 mins walk to the local superma
