The only good thing about this backpackers is it's location and that's it. The staff are obnoxious towards the people who wish to stay there and they are the rudest people known to mankind and the staff constantly has a severe attitude towards anyone that stays there. There IS CCTV recording in the hallways and when you go to stay there the staff don't tell you that there is cctv recording in the hallways and there are no signs which says that cctv is recording, which is illegal. The rooms always have someone that likes to target another backpacker and get them banned for someone that has never occurred. Your not allowed to have any drinks hot or cold drinks in the dormitories/rooms and your certainly NOT allowed to have any type of food in their premises otherwise they will ban you, the only place which they allow you to eat at is their restaurant downstairs. The restaurant downstairs in which the staff demands you to use is a complete waste of money and a complete rip off. This place is the worst place to stay in Bristol as they con you out of every penny you have, if the staff don't like you they will try and find a way to make you pay for a single room which is more money in their pockets. Basically this play is money making scam. Don't waste your money or time at this place.
