We choose to stay here as it's close to Bristol Airport. As we had to be up at 3.30am for our flight we hoped for a good few hours of sleep. This wasn't the case due to the room being too hot and having no air con, the floor standing fan was too noisy. We had to open the window but again being close to a main road there was a lot of noise

The "air con" was just a means of heating the room. There was a fan to try to cool it. Therefore the room was very warm, due to the high outside temp. The 10.5 tog duvet was too much for us even it was winter, but in the summer far too thick. Why not supply a summer duvet?

We stayed here before holiday abroad flying from Bristol airport. Outside looks dated and needed a good tidy. I think this is more a brewers fayre issue as that where most the fag buts, cups and rubbish was coming from. Check in quick and friendly. Luckily we was put in the new building the annex which was brand new. Room was great modern and had aircon which is always a plus for us. Slept really well. Shower was good would stay here again if in the annex. The older part of building not so much as that is where our other part of the group stayed and was very hot and old. Early to get too free parking.

Parking was easy. Pity they stopped serving evening meals as we arrived (8:30pm) so went to McD’s nearby. Room was fine. Although as a family of 5, it would have been nice to have the option to book 2 adults and 3 children in one room whilst booking.

Premier Inn really disappointed me. The room itself was not too bad but there was no air conditioning just a portable fan which only moved the hot air around the room. The temperature in the room was constantly 26 degrees Celsius all through the night which made it virtually impossible to sleep. The hotel as a whole was run down and needs, in my opinion, to be redeveloped. Also, we had to eat in the pub next door which was dirty. The staff were pleasant however as they were at the hotel. I will never choose to stay there again.

There was not enough staff on site to man the restaurant or the reception and the staff argued among themselves. Not a pleasant experience. Restaurant was closed upon arrival no notice, even though we had paid for a meal, and now a refund is proving hard to get.

We stayed here as it was 30 minutes from the airport and reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming both at reception and in the restaurant. We will definitely use it next time we have an early flight.
