Stayed here for one night to visit Bristol University. Location is excellent, 20 minutes walk from the Bristol Meads Train Station and 10 minutes from most of the university blocks. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, independent and vintage shops nearby. The hotel is a beautiful old historical building, near the Cathedral and College Green. We stayed in a family room with two double beds, will fit 4 people. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Nespresso machine and pods, tea making facilities and water provided as well as toiletries in bathrooms. Breakfast was included in our room. Hot breakfast as well as cereal, fruit and pastries were available. Did ask for tea which never arrived. Would’ve been nice if staff informed us that they could make an omelette if we wanted, didn’t know this until on leaving, heard another diner being given one! We thought we could only have what was laid out. Would definitely stay here again as reception staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and we had a lovely stay.

Fantastic location for the theatre, Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Have stayed many times and look forward to the next time

住在布里斯託的活動中。拒絕吃 18 英鎊的早餐，我覺得太貴了。選擇抄近路去科斯塔，因為我想要的是它更物有所值。停車費也很貴，每晚 14 英鎊，但在其他地方研究後發現它似乎很有競爭力。 過去 30 年來多次入住這家酒店，它仍然很出色

很不錯的酒店，喜歡，比起倫敦，這酒店房間夠大夠漂亮，服務好。地理位置也好，周圍好多吃的，車站旁邊。自帶洗漱用品。

房間給升級套房，很不錯，整個酒店也很有英國風格，整體很棒…

酒店位置很不錯在布里斯託爾大教堂旁邊，還能免費在酒店下停車場停車，酒店工作人員態度也很好，訂了雙大床房，房間夠大，帶孩子足夠住了。整體很滿意

房間設施老舊，空調打了一晚上，到早上吃完早飯回來才有些許熱度起來，被子薄的跟沒有一樣，想叫酒店加個被子，結果因為到達時間就是晚上十點，room service不是24小時的。總結性價比很低，絕對不推薦入住這裏
