Lovely place to stay. All very clean and fresh. Hotel was very easy to find. Receptionist was really helpful with a a problem with the television that we couldn't turn off.

Location fab, far enough away from the centre to feel like it isn’t yet very easy and quick to get into. Reception team very good service at breakfast needs working on. Comfy beds and great shower what more do you need!…………………………………………………….

We have stayed at most of the other Premier Inns in Bristol and this one is very nice, great location and quiet. There are few supermarkets located in close proximity, if you require snacks or something you've forgotten. Great location for UWE, MOD and out of town locations and with great transport links for buses or train station and M32. The Griffin we had a drink in and it was pleasant. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and staff were all very polite and friendly.

Clean and tidy But only one Bath towel and one hand towel When room booked for a couple Which is unexpected I would think that should be a pair per couple even for a budget hotel Breakfast was ok some of the dishes seemed to have been sitting ofr a while and not the warmest on the buffet

We've stayed in a fair few Premier Inns in our time, this one was memorable. A massive shout out to VICTORIA who made us all smile on a daily basis at breakfast time. We had 5 days here with absolutely no complaints, only positive praise. It was clean, tidy, quiet with very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Receptionist treated me as a valued guest - smiled, asked questions to assist my stay and described how to get to my room. Advised me to put my car registration in the reception area computer. Explained about the next door restaurant and she offered to book a table for me. Great experience.
