The hotel is centric.

I’ll be back! I truly can give this a 10/10, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Parking right out front, customer service was excellent and they greet you with a warm cookie. bar/restaurant was great and food was tasty- the bartender is a hard worker and never had you wait a minute on a drink. The room was clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. the pool/spa was delightful. I attended 90s con and this will always be my hotel for cons ahead!

I had a two night booking but my plans changed. It was too late to cancel, so I called the property ahead of time letting them know that I will come but I will arrive only on the second day of the reservation. I signed a form and authorized a payment a day prior to the original arrival day so that they will keep the room for me. However, there was NO ROOM when I arrived and they were not able to arrange me any other accommodation in the area either.

Had no cable the entire visit. Room was not fully clean upon arrival. Ordered over 100$ of dinner and food was sub par. Some even cold. Breakfast I was charged over 50$ for what most hotels give away for free, while having next to my worst breakfast experience ever. Never got our coffee we asked for 3 times. 1 waffle maker for a whole room of people? I never even got eggs the 30 mins we sat down bc they were “almost ready” i booked Hilton bc of my great experience last month in MA with the indoor water park, but clearly the expectations are different at each property. Will not be back….

My family and I enjoyed our time here it was nothing short of perfect. The kids love the pool the most. The restaurant food was good but we do wish the patio area was hosting so we could have enjoyed the experience there as well. The staff were kind and helpful

Computers were down when we checked in. Desk clerk was very rude and wouldn’t let us go to our room until she finally gave in after I asked again. Didn’t offer anything as a courtesy and when another employee suggested they give us a card to get into the room she said that was only for emergencies and that it wasn’t that important to accommodate us or the others waiting.
