Absolutely beautiful guest houses. Our granddaughter lives close and stumbled upon this on a booking website. The whole process was simple. The owners reached out to give us more information prior to arrival. When we arrived we found the owners to be fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful room, clean and quiet. Beautiful breakfast. The owners also spoke to us at length which made us feel very at ease. We talked about their garden which I course from my room. They took us through their office into the garden so we could have a look. Just so friendly. Also met Coco Would highly recommend. I fell on my visit (not at the guest house) and they were so gracious wanting to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Will be staying everytime I go to Brighton no need to look elsewhere. Everything about this hotel was superb. Location was a five minute stroll from the pier, about 10 minutes from the Pavillion and town centre. The hotel was beautifully clean, smartly decorated and well appointed. Antony gave me a free upgrade to an ensuite double room, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked, plenty of it, good choices. I paid extra for car parking, but good value as it was just outside the hotel. Antony is a friendly and welcoming host. I would highly recommend.

Das Brighton Guesthouse hat mit Antony einen sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind individuell,mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei offenem Fenster sind die Zimmer nach vorne raus ein wenig laut. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Joghurt und Eiern nach Wunsch und gutem Kaffee.

Anthony, Coco et Popy nous ont réservé un excellent accueil !! Idéal pour quelques jours de détente à Brighton... notre hôte Anthony est toujours très attentionné, déco de la maison très zen, à l'image du propriétaire... excellent petit déjeuner! Nous recommandons vivement cette location...

27 Brighton is a most charming guesthouse in the heart of Brighton, close to all the main attractions like “the lanes” and just a stones throw from the sea. We were met warmly by our host Antony who couldn’t be more helpful and quickly organised our parking for us, at a very reasonable rate. This can be quite stressful, difficult and expensive as many would know and agree with. When visiting again, 27 will be our stopover of choice! Thanks again Anthony, and keep up the good work.

2 night stay here, room very small for a couple, but everything you need, met Anthony at the door after ringing bell on a couple of occasions, he finally opened the door, very pleasant, but didn't see him after that day, on checking out our room, found that toilet was dirty , not been cleaned, rang Anthony to explain was very apologetic, recieved one day free breakfast for this, breakfast not great, fruit, yoghurt, then bacon and eggs, no veggie breakfast available. Guesthouse is a good location for beach front and the town, parking available sometimes at £25 for 2 days.
