布賴頓海灣飯店(Harbour Hotel & Spa Brighton)

Overall, the Hotel is perfectly fine and the breakfast buffet is well stocked. But the rooms are teeny tiny. The beds are not comfortable. The dinner choices are okay.

Nice hotel but it's annoying that they give you complementary gin in your room but you have to extra for tonic . Also there was a additional charge to use pool and spa area which didn't see that on hotel description.

Good location for a weekend stay. Clean room & complimentary gin.

Unfortunately when we stayed here in October 2022 (couldn’t leave review than as were blocked from doing so!) our iPad and all chargers were stolen from our room while or after it was cleaned on day 2 of our stay. No cameras outside our room or stairs. By Find my phone the iPad stayed in Brighton for a couple of months then at Christmas it was showing in Iraq. The Hotel tried to brush the whole thing under the carpet by claiming we must have left our door open! Really!? We were however compensated £100 under the hotels act! But Other than that they would not accept liability. Sadly We were regular visitors to Brighton but this experience has totally put us off from returning.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend. Nur das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Matratze viel zu weich. Der Ausblick in den Hinterhof war schrecklich, aber wenigstens ruhiger als auf der Strassenseite.

I think it would have been nice for someone to come to the room with us and bring up our luggage. Also in the bathroom no grab rail so found it difficult to shower and wash my feet. The overhead shower is far too big for the shower space so water goes everywhere when the door is open. The shower head was completely clogged with limescale. This is a very easy task to perform for the cleaner but unfortunately I was unable to reach to do it myself. It would be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. Other than that the room was great.

Nice hotel, great staff. Two small gripes; annoyingly loud outside at night due to proximity to nightclubs and bars. Could do with better glazing to reduce noise. Also a service charge was added to all drinks bought at the bar.

The hotel has an informal feel which we like, the room was very comfortable and it was great to be able to sit and watch the sea from our room. It was a shame that the Steam Room and Sauna were still out of action since we were looking forward to using these, the pool and hot tubs were great though.
