Relax in your remodeled and full featured upgraded kitchen appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, central air, ceiling fans. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer. After your day at the beach, enjoy your private outdoor shower and relax in your own private fenced back yard ready for your family barbeques. Plenty of parking and two off street parking spots. This house is in a great location. We walked to the beach everyday and having beach passes included saved us money.

Great stay!
Very clean and short walk to the beach. Perfect for what we needed. Enough room for 8 of us and had everything we needed! Loved the private backyard to hang out at night! Definitely recommend it!

Great family stay!
Beautiful property, great location. We prefer the north end of Brigantine and this property is in a perfect location - short walk to the beach and to a very nice playground at the school for our younger kids. Quick drive or bike ride over to the shopping and food. Our family had a great time!

Great trip!
We enjoyed our stay very much at Joan’s amazing beach retreat! It fit all 8 of us comfortably, was very clean and cozy, and was equipt with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys, all the essential kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and a working washer and dryer. This was our first time back to beautiful Brigantine in many years and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Hope to be back again in future years to come.

Brigantine Beach vacation
