Good location but the room we stayed in had a damp musty smell and it was advertised to have a corner spa both on the booking info and the sign on the door but there was no spa bath which was disappointing. Upstairs room was very dusty especially around the window and cupboard near the window. Opened the cupboard downstairs and the smell was appalling and found bathrobes that were crusty and smelly. Have to say the traffic noise and trucks was awful but that is not the fault of the owners. Really enjoyed the eight ball table but once again the games room was dusty and full of cobwebs and most of the furniture dated and cracked. The gardens were lovely though with fruit trees and well manicured lawns. Would not be keen to stay for an extended period of time but maybe the other rooms are much better judging by positive reviews I have read.
