The main issues during our stay involved the bathroom, appliances, and furniture. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming through the shower vent that smelled like a septic tank backup. The toilet also was not flushing properly, and the water pressure appeared to be the problem. We often had to flush the toilet multiple times to get a proper flush. The plumbing at the bathroom sink was also poorly positioned. The facet was too close to the back of the sink, causing water to constantly spill or collect onto the countertop. Several of the appliances and furnishings were also in poor condition. The ironing board was not functional and could not be used. The bed pillows were very worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The living room couch was also extremely worn. The cushions were so worn down that sitting on the couch felt like sitting on a beanbag or something similar. Additionally, the pull-out bed inside the couch was not suitable for sleeping and was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay and should be addressed to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience.

Hébergement sous forme de suite avec kitchenette, tout équipée, endroit sécuritaire et très propre. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. Le remplacement des serviettes se faisait chaque jour, accessibilité à des serviettes de plage à l’aide de carte remise par le Resort. Il y a 3 piscines, jardin, endroit de jeux pour les enfants, salle de gym… L’endroit est beau, dans un quartier animé en soirée, des petits commerces sont disponibles, des restaurants également. L’hôtel n’offre pas la possibilité d’un tout inclus, mais il y a des restaurants qui servent le petit déjeuner, le dîner et le souper, paiement à moyen de cartes seulement aucun cash n’est accepté par le Resort. La seule chose à laquelle je ne m’y attendais pas, ce fut la plage qui n’est pas très praticable, il fallait se déplacer aux alentours comme à Bridgetown pour avoir accès de meilleures plages avec eaux turquoises. Il y a des frais pour cela mais ce n’est pas cher avec les commodités offertes.

The room was exactly what we hoped for. Clean with lots of space for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice amenity since we were able to get a few groceries from the nearby convenience stores. The property is well maintained and the 3 pools were nice. Only downside is that the pool bar/restaurant is not open so the only place to eat on the property is Pure Ocean which is on the beach. The food there is good, but pricey, and service was rather slow. The sea was too rough for swimming while we were there. I would recommend checking out other beaches further up the west coast for calm, clear water. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly, disappointed with food options and bar options at Divi. Amenities list 2 bars and 2 restaurants. Only one was open. I understand it is “off season”, but that should be mentioned in the amenities area. Great location, plenty of local places to walk to.

This resort was perfect for a family of four. The resort was accessible and convenient to all tourist areas on the island. The staff were very helpful, respectful and accommodating. The resort has its own restaurant called Pure Ocean which was very convenient as well. Unfortunately, not all activities were available due to shortage of occupancy during the month of May. But during the high peak seasons, they open up more of their daily activities on the resort. I will definitely stay again with kids or without.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting .Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and everything worked perfectly. I especially loved the view, the balcony, and quiet atmosphere

I was disappointed that there weren’t more dining options at the resort. There was only one restaurant & the service was extremely slow. The staff wasn’t attentive to guests. In addition, there weren’t many activities for guests. I was told that May is the slow season. But, I do feel that more could’ve been done to make the stay nicer. I also didn’t like the fact that the room was only cleaned twice over a nine-day period.

Overall the resort is an excellent value. The location is perfect and we loved the three pools especially the one by the ocean. The property is not fancy but everything is in good working order, clean, and maintained well. The only caution I have about the property is while they call it a resort, somethings like cleaning are not full service. They only clean on set days per week and on our five days that meant the day after we arrived was our only opportunity to get our room cleaned. Other days they just do trash and towels. And the only thing they replenish is toilet paper. If you ask for anything else, they direct you to purchase it at their store. These aren’t big things but important to factor if you’re staying there.
