Stayed over Christmas as a family with a dog. What a lovely stay, from Ryan checking us in to the great rooms we stayed in. Really friendly staff (didn't get everyone's names unfortunately) and we loved the pool. Definitely will go back!

Very noisy hotel.... guests shouting... maybe the need of signage asking guests to be quiet in the corridors would be a good idea. Buffet breakfast was terrible, no bacon, beans, fried eggs,or black pudding, and scrambled eggs were dry and hard. Ended up with a cooked breakfast of sausages and hash browns.

Staff are so rude and not helpful at all pool is in bad condition! The changing rooms are terrible the pool was horrible everything was broke and the place needs a refresher it’s not worth the money staying here! Food was okay but the reception staff are a joke.

The room is clean and comfortable. I almost have good sleep all the night. The breakfast staff are friendly and the food is nice especially the mushroom and sausage. I promise will visit here again if there is business trip in future. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and went out their way to help whenever a request was made. We all had a massage which enjoyed use of the pool and sauna. Facilities were clean and there was a relaxing atmosphere. Dinner was tasty and well presented, the breakfast buffet was equally tasty, and the bar was well stocked. Rooms were clean and large. We all slept well and overall had a very nice time. We will definitely be returning.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Spa facial was so refreshing and relaxing. Only problem was bad language of a group of men at dinner. Also someone in the next room was either on an extended video call or phone call and we could hear every word over the sound of the television.

Fantastic detail for our celebration! Such a nice surprice to find a beautiful box of chocolates.Great upto date decor! And usb plug ins to charge our phones. Excellent massages by Paige and partner. Nice spa facilities except for the jacuzzi not working but other than that excellent. Felt very relaxed throught the stay.
