雪松度假飯店(Cedar Breaks Lodge)

The Cedar Beak Lodge under disguise of "ECO Friendly" does not provide any cleaning service. They do not clean the room or make the beds during your stay. However, after a long, and difficult discussion with the manager, they agreed to provide towels and linens, but they would not make the beds or clean the room. This obviously is not an ECO Friendly practice, unless they don't wash the used towels, and/or linens. Due to poor service, and bad management, I checked out early, and moved to another hotel.

Nice clean rooms in a lovely area. Facilities were good. Overall good value for money

Site pictures do not represent the actual rooms. We booked for two queen beds they are not they are full size ! You hear every person on the same floor while yea it is nice to have a microwave and mini fridge the smells of people cooking fish and who knows what permeate into your room I suggest bring a candle and ear plugs. However the front desk team do their best.(thank you carol) Also restaurant does not open for breakfast as advertised. We left a day early. We had to use the elevator where there was vomit for a full day so we used the stairs. Also if you have a truck good luck parking if you get in late.

One attendant and one attendant in an office behind the counter who we could not see so did not know they were there. Waited for about 10 minutes while attendant answered really minor questions from someone who had a reservation 8 months away (what time was the restaurant open etc). Didn’t greet us or start our check in until this escruciatinf conversation was over. Can tell that the hotel was fairly empty and we got the abosolute worst room over the noisy road on the back side furthest from check in on the top floor which was hot as the hotel has no AC (we didn’t know this until we go to our room). What to have the windows open to breathe so hears every big truck rumble by with the morning sun blazing in. I usually don’t write reviews but this room was a little bit disappointing.

I’ll have been rating here for years and this was my best stay thus far. The villa was cozy, warm and perfect. Highly recommend.
