We have deeded access to the beach across from the house over a two lane road with a crosswalk close by. Deeded access is not public access, this gives you a more spacious beach, not crowded. Located in a quiet, small community of 12 single family homes, this is the place to gather the family for your beach and wildlife adventures! Melbourne Beach has the most biodiverse ecosystem in the northern hemisphere. More sea turtles nest on the 1.2 miles of beach here than anywhere else in the world! Arnold Palmer designed golf course next door. Sea turtle nesting season is May through September. Baby turtles hatch end of June through October, great fishing, great surfing, come enjoy your almost private beach! Bike trails and great restaurants up and down the beach. If you need us we are across the street! Space Coast ideal location, beach access is so easy. Watch the space launches from our beach! No pets at this time please. Deeded beach access (please see photos): Coming out of our home, directly across A1A is a large condo property. Immediately to the left on the condo property is our deeded access.
