This gated and secured ocean front home is nestled in and very private...located between Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral, both in walking distance. This property is near Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Village which has lots of shops, music, and great places to eat. The Port offers helicopter rides, day and night casino cruises, Parasailing, lots of shopping and several restaurants. Rocket launches are beautiful from our beachfront…make sure to check the schedule when visiting. Our home is very clean and has been nicely renovated. We have a full kitchen with large dining table, Media/family room, and Sun room with large triple doors leading to Outdoor Entertaining Area with Grill and walkway to Beach. We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. We work hard to ensure our guests have a great time and an enjoyable vacation! If you are looking for a private Spa experience we are offering Cabana Massage Packages “exclusive to our guests” who can book prior to their stay. Our home is one of the few privately owned ocean front properties on Cocoa Beach and has been loved by all who have visited...we have for 5 years maintained a solid 5 Star Rating…our end of the day goal is to ensure that everyone has a great vacation and would love to come back and visit again!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:No events allowed.

Fantastic
This was our second time staying at the Mulvaine Beach House and also our second time to Florida. We love the house and the Cocoa Beach area, Lynn keeps us updated on rocket launches and we were able to see two on our five night stay. Weather was perfect this year and we plan to come back next year again.

Beautiful hidden gem!
This cozy cottage is in a perfectly quiet area on the north end of Cocoa Beach and so close to everything! Walking out the back gate to the beach was so easy and such a treat to hear the waves from the backyard. The home was immaculately clean, had very comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen, streaming TVs, and a great shower. The host, Lynn, was quick to respond and gave tips on where to eat and when launches were happening from Kennedy Space Station....I got to see one the first night and it was very cool! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Mulvaine Beach House!

Nice getaway!
Tried to catch the Crew9 launch from this great spot. The launch got scrubbed due to approaching Helene hurricane but the house was a cozy refuge and the host was the best!

Family spring break
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was very clean and accurately described by other reviewers. We had everything we needed for our week at the beach!

Terrific Escape
This was our second stay at the Mulvaine Cottage. It does not disappoint!! The cottage provides a sense of comfort and coziness. Creates the feeling of a true beach vacation from its charming decor and amenities. The location of the property is perfect for walking activities. The home owners, Lynn and Dave are amazing!! They are very friendly and helpful!! Lynn contacted us several times during our stay to see how our stay was going and also to keep us informed of activities going on in the area. They want to ensure their guests are happy and enjoying themselves. We love this property. Very quiet and relaxing!! So hard to leave!!

Nice Place and Great Location
Super short walk to the beach over a small dune. Easy even with young kids. It’s the first place we’ve stayed in Florida with a fenced in backyard!

Awesome location, great place!
Property was exactly as described. Right on the beach, great location, clean, all the amenities expected. Communication with the property was great. Watched a launch on the beach, perfect.
I do have one complaint. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had such a great time we hated going home!
