冰雪王子飯店

Sono stata oggi con la mia amica, abbiamo prenotato la mattina e fortunatamente c’era ancora posto. Abbiamo pagato 80€ a persona per l’accesso alla spa e un massaggio di 45 minuti. Ne vale ogni centesimo. La spa è accessibile solo a poche persone e offre una piscina interna a temperatura tiepida, sauna finlandese, bagno turco, piscina esterna riscaldata, area relax con tisane, tè e spazio per stretching, jacuzzi riscaldata con vista sulle montagna. Punti di forza: il massaggio è strepitoso, poche persone, pulizia e la vista meravigliosa.

We were very early in the season, when you might have expected some teething issues, but these guys know what they are doing! Kristin, James - and the amazing Anna - made us all feel very welcome, as did the rest of the team - in the bar, the restaurant and on the shuttle bus!

This was our second visit to the Principe. We were welcomed as returning family by Anna on reception so warmly. The room was lovely, a little larger than last year. The food was very good as always. What makes this hotel is the wonderful level of service in all areas. Worth further recommendation are Teddy the maitre d’, Luca, Fiona and Khalil in the bar and Nathan and Max in transport

Ottima struttura. Sulle piste, con accesso diretto. Tutti i servizi sono di ottimo livello, menzione particolare alla cucina, alla spa (grande piscina interna, jacuzzi esterna riscaldata, bella zona relax) ed alla cortesia del personale.

Adored our large family holiday in the fantastic hotel. Staff were excellent, everything was extremely good. Massage best ever. Jacuzzi on balcony, view of mountains from my bedroom was a joy to wake up to. Hanging out areas, inside and out perfection. All GREAT Except…. The only option of dinner at 7.30 is far too late Breakfast buffet extremely disappointing for such a classy hotel. Go check out the breakfast buffet at St Hubertus for what is needed here. The heat in the basement ski room is unbearable.

Ottima posizione sulle piste, ottima cucina, servizio navetta continuo. Ma le cose positive finiscono qui. Vi sono carenze strutturali incompatibili con la categoria in cui si vorrebbe collocare questo albergo, ingresso hotel scomodo, piscina esterna di fatto inutilizzabile, stanze standard piccolissime, bagni stretti. Colazione sufficiente ma servizio caffetteria molto lento. Un rapporto qualità prezzo complessivamente negativo.
