2 family ski trip over the Christmas New Year holiday. The hotel is beautiful and unique. We had a 2 BR apartment which was very spacious, had 2 fireplaces and a small kitchenette. Rooms were impeccably furnished and so thoughtfully done. The hotel feels like a castle solidly built with stone and stucco and beautiful wood trims and floors. Amazing views out the windows of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains. The hotel is very well staffed with top quality service. So helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with travel transfers, lunch and dinner reservations and even helped us with a doctor and pharmacy. They have a ready and waiting van service which takes you wherever you need to go in town. Short walk back from town if you prefer a stroll after dinner. Breakfast was amazing with bespoke smoothies and coffees. Dinners in the hotel were wonderful with a very nice, reasonably priced wine list. Spa is super with pool, hot tubs, sauna and room to spread out. They also have a fully kitted out gym with weights and cardio. Can't wait to make a return trip.

Luxury hotel, ma di un lusso pacato, un’atmosfera calda casalinga, tutto realizzato in materiali ecosostenibili, pietra, legno. Le camere sono immense ben rifinite e complete di tutto, anche angolo cucina nascosto con lavastoviglie e microonde. Abbiamo soggiornato d’inverno mentre nevicava, l’atmosfera con il camino acceso in camera era veramente natalizia. Un lode va a tutto il personale, da quello di sala, la reception, la Spa e agli autisti delle navette, per la gentilezza e la professionalità.

Our family had the most incredible time at St. Hubertus and can't wait to come back! Their exceptional service, outstanding and beautifully-designed accommodations and spa, and spectacular location provided our best ski vacation ever. Our family has stayed in top tier accommodations all over the world and the kindness and patience of the staff, as well as their impeccable attention to detail, contributed to a stay beyond compare. We can be quite challenging to care for, with many special requests and medical needs, particularly after my youngest daughter had a ski accident and needed to have her knee immobilized. The staff arranged a smooth taxi ride to the Aosta Hospital the next morning and graciously adjusted our reservation so that we could stay a few extra days while she recovered. The excellent shuttle service with top notch drivers zipped us quickly around town, to and from the lifts and gondola, delicious restaurants and lovely ski shop, and was the cherry on top of a flawless and worry-free week with gorgeous mountain scenery, phenomenal skiing, sumptuous food, and rejuvenating spa time. Resort di altissima qualità. La struttura è a dir poco meravigliosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Seppur si voglia cercare un difetto, è molto difficile trovarlo in quanto ogni cosa è seguita nel minimo dettaglio. L’ospite è curato dal primo momento cui arriva nella struttura e sino all’ultimo istante in cui lascia il parcheggio. La cordialità fa da padrone in questa struttura: ogni membro dello staff ha un’attenzione per gli ospiti che al giorno d’oggi risulta essere una perla di rarità. Sullo staff, di qualunque mansione si parli, non si può avere altre parole se non di pura lode perché meritano i più veri e sinceri complimenti. Sempre attenti alle esigenze, mai invadenti, ma soprattutto si nota il concetto di squadra: tutti lavorano per far sentire il cliente a proprio agio. Sono persone eccezionali che hanno reso, il periodo di permanenza, una dolce fiaba. Passando ora al ristorante, anche qua solo parole di lode sia per lo staff in sala, sia per lo staff in cucina. Le materie prime sono di ottima qualità e i piatti vengono composti come se fossero delle sinfonie per il palato. Ottima la preparazione dei sommelier, sempre pronti a dare il consiglio adatto per esaltare con un buon vino, quanto ci si appresta a mangiare. Lo staff di sala ha un’attenzione verso il cliente tanto riservata quanto presente. Ai proprietari posso solo dire: BRAVI! Bravi per quello che avete creato e bravi per dare ogni giorno fiducia al vostro personale che esalta la vostra struttura. È bello vedere un ambiente così armonico ed è bello vedere che tutti,all’interno di questa struttura, lavorino come una vera squadra. Complimenti anche ai proprietari che erano presenti tanto all’arrivo quanto alla partenza e soprattutto complimenti per il fatto che anche loro, come tutti, fossero attenti sulla qualità della nostra permanenza. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ancora bravi tutti!
