Hotel in una posizione meravigliosa con spiaggia e giardino privato direttamente sul lago.Il titolare Alessandro con tutto il suo staff sono di una gentilezza favolosa e accolgono il cliente con familiarità e rendono la vacanza piacevole.Grazie anche ad Edi del ristorante che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità offre consigli sul menù.Molto gentili anche i colleghi del bar,bistrot.Colazione abbondante e cena con prodotti di prima qualità. Francesca del centro benessere,molto brava con i suoi massaggi.Molto consigliato.

Leider ging unser diesjähriger Urlaub wieder viel zu schnell vorbei. Hier in diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, das Essen, die super Lage, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und ebenso das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Selbstverständlich haben wir wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht, zum 13. Mal und hoffen auf Verwirklichung.

Io e un gruppo di amici ci siamo fermati al bar direttamente sulla spiaggia dove abbiamo potuto fare una super colazione accolti è serviti da un ragazzo molto alto che portava sulla targhetta il nome Daniel È stata una piacevolissima colazione in compagnia dei nostri amici grazie all’ottimo servizio ci torneremo presto

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again.

They don’t care about animals! I was chilling with my bicycle. I found in front of this hotel a seagull with a broken wing. I stopped to give the poor bird some food. The manager there got mad at me because he cares for the cleaning more than this poor creature. I told him I will clean it myself..but let me give him food.. he got more angry and asked me to stop giving him food..I cleaned and asked him where can I give him food.. he said away from here.. he used italian curse words and was very aggressive.. a place that does not care for animals would not care for humans.. I have been giving this poor bird food since I arrived here two days ago and I am worried for him a lot to end up in such a place without food. I tried to tell him this poor creature is starving and more important than cleaning but he was even more mad.. I am sorry that there are such heartless human beings.. do not support this place!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the lake. There is a bus stop a short walk away where you can get to the busier areas for only a few euros each. The staff at the hotel were excellent and we could not fault the service. We ate at the hotel most evenings where the menu changed on a daily basis. I used the wellness area and had two massages during our stay Would definitely stay there again

The hotel is really tidy and clean and the staff is super friendly. We were celebrating my girlfriends 30th birthday. We had the junior suite, which was a really nice room with a straight access to the beach. It was nice that the hotel offered a birthday drink during breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is not the best as it is really far away from the largest villages in Garda. However we knew this beforehand so this was not an issue for us. The hotel offers some activities such as free kayaking and bicycles for the day, which was nice. The breakfast was good with a fairly wide selection of foods like boiled eggs, croissants and fruits. However, the dinner restaurant was absolutely awfull, which was a dissapointment since we were looking forward for a nice birthday dinner. The view in the restaurant was beautiful but the food itself was really bad. Even the desert sorbet came from a machine as a smoothie like juice! All in all, a good hotel with a really bad restaurant, so if you are looking for good dinner experiences, I suggest you go look elsewhere.
