納什維爾布倫特伍德索尼斯塔簡單套房飯店(Sonesta Simply Suites Nashville Brentwood)

This is our first time staying at a Sonesta property. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome during our check-in! We loved that the room had a small kitchenette for cooking. There was shopping and dining within a half mile. The only thing we notice was some of the furniture was old and rusty. The side doors to the building had tape on the latches, so anyone not staying there could walk into the building.

I kept having key card problems with the room. Staff was helpful and graciously moved me to another room, which also had key card problems. Everything else was fine.

The check in was very quick and easy. The staff that I encountered was very friendly. I liked the area where the hotel is located - very quiet and close to several stores and restaurants. Also, only 20 minutes away from the airport which was a plus.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has longer term people staying there and the smell of cigarette smoke was present in the hallway.

The staff were very friendly, especially, the gentleman on the evening-night shift. Overall, the facility was clean but needs some updating and maintenance. The building needs better ventilation as it has a musty smell. The bathroom had no exhaust fan which left everything moist. The toilet seat was completely the wrong size (round seat) which made using the bathroom difficult as the seat would always shift and fall off the edge of the bowl (oval shaped). Despite the issues mentioned, the overall stay was pleasant and felt very safe.

Room & Hallway very old & dirty. Did not stay 2nd night and front desk agreed to refund but we were still charged both nights. Very unhappy about this experience.
