步仁伍德旅館飯店(Brentwood Guest House Hotel)

This was ideal for my business trip. My room was clean, tidy and well furnished. I had a double bed on the first floor. I liked the separate entrance to the hotel as I needed to work at night and this meant I could come back when my shift was done. Definitely worth a return visit. Handy for the station too.

Purely based on the lack of flexibility. I am aware they are within their rights, as I did use a 'non-flexible' booking, but on the rare occasions I have previously had to alter such a booking (this now the third time), the other hotels have always been accommodating. Rather than saying 'we are not able to alter your booking due to our T&Cs', the other hotels have said, we wouldn't offer a refund (fair enough), but we can change the date. This hotel just says 'no, its in our t&cs'. Thoroughly unimpressed with their attitude, and simply won't be booking there again.

Steep stairs difficult to negotiate with suitcases. Our second stay room really small and bed hard. The first room in the attic was fine once we went up 2 flights of stairs. Both rooms clean and staff polite /helpful. The price compared to other hotels in close proximity like the stairs steep. Really dislike being negative. But this is my opinion and entitled to it. Thursday/Friday night £153 .

albergo di vecchia struttura, ma le stanze ed i bagni sono ristrutturati con materiali moderni, molto confortevoli, metropolitana ad un minuto a piedi. Lo consiglio a tutti anche se fuori dal centro e’ collegato benissimo

Room 12 is right by yhe front door. The noise from people going in and out was horrendous until quite late. The worst was yhe £9.00 vegetarian breakfast. Beans, two eggs, a tinned tomato and toast.

Lovely property very convenient to railway station. Excellent standard of cleanliness and a nicely presented delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

First got to this house and thought wow how lovely. Friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome with a warm smile and very polite. Very clean throughout including the room. Comfy bed that I didn't want to get out of when my alarm got me up. Breakfast was well done and hot. Would definately stay again when I'm in the area

A little gem! Check in quick and easy! A lovely welcome on our arrival from Camilla. Lovely room, very comfy bed. Little fridge in room very handy. Perfect location. Will definitely be back next time we visit Brentwood!
