布萊薩赫市飯店(Hotel Stadt Breisach)

Eigentlich hatten wir ein Komfortzimmer gebucht. Aber wenn das Komfort ist dann möchte ich Standard mal sehen. Wir haben nachgefragt ob die Kategorie evtl vertauscht wurde. Nein diese abgegewohnten Möbel in diesem kleinen verstaubten Zimmer sind Komfort. Bad sehr klein. Auch nicht sauber. Zum Teil fehlen die Fugen. Duschen in der Wanne fast unmöglich ohne das Bad zu überschwemmen. Der Abluss ließ sich nicht öffnen da die ganze Vorrichtung kaputt war. Wasserhahn war so alt dass kein Chrom mehr dran war. So ein abgewohntes Zimmer hatten wir noch nie. Frühstück war gut, Abendessen sehr gut. Tag und Nacht hörte man ein Brummen das vom Schwimmbad kam. Diese Beschwerde wurde überhaupt nicht ernst genommen. Baulärm gab es noch dazu. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Viel zu teuer.

Ich kann nur Positives berichten. Die Lage des Hotels, der Empfang, das Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet, Freundlichkeit des Personals,..... es war rundherum wirklich ein erstklassiger Aufenthalt. Im Gegensatz zum freundlichen und offenen Personal hätten die Gäste etwas fröhlicher und lockerer sein können. Die Stadt Breisach und dieses Hotel ist immer eine Reise wert. Ich werde das Hotel im September wieder für eine Geschäftsreise buchen.

Mooi hotel met uitstekend restaurant in een prachtige omgeving. Er is geen airconditioning jammer genoeg, maar kunnen behelpen met ventilator

Très calme. Spa agréable. Jolie vue et situation. Restaurants et centre ville accessibles à pieds. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Un séjour en couple à refaire!

Et ok fint hotel med god morgenmad. Nogle steder er det lidt slidt.

Accueil sympathique, même si le personnel ne parle pas français. Grande chambre avec vue sur le Rhin dans le bâtiment annexe. Propre. Linges et verres utilisés changés chaque jour. Déjeuner du matin riche, souper du soir - nous étions en demi-pension - très correct. Seul le saumon était trop cuit. Personnel aux petits soins. Le wifi gratuit est assez performant pour regarder la TV. Ce n'était pas le cas il y a deux ans. Négatif (il faut bien trouver quelque chose !) : le matelas, un peu dur, la télévision, avec un seul programme en français, TV5 Europe, et la lumière du lavabo, trop en arrière. Soit on se rapproche du miroir et on ne voit plus rien, soit on recule et on ne voit plus les détails du visage :-) Conclusion : pour le prix, un hôtel sans concurrence. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très aimable, village très joli, petit déjeuner copieux, rien à redire

My wife and I had made reservations for a three night package at the Hotel Stadt Breisach in the Black Forest over Chris**as 2023. A big disappoin**ent. Check in went smoothly and we were told at reception that for the Chris**as Eve Gala Dinner we had to be seated punctually at 6:30. We went for drinks in the bar at 5 p.m. and then went to the restaurant for our dinner. Both were good. Next morning (Chris**as Day) we went to find out where lunch would be served, which we were prepared to pay for as it was not included in the package, only to find that there was no lunch served, the bar did not open until 5:pm and was only open from Thursday to Monday. The hotel did not offer lunch but coffee and cake would be available from 2 p.m. And that was it. We had unknowingly reserved a stay at a hotel that served no more than one slice of cake and a cup of coffee between breakfast and dinner. That evening dinner was OK but nothing to write home about: salmon fillet served on a mountain of spinach, and tagliatella. Next day I asked my wife if she would prefer to cut our stay short and head for home right away. Her face lit up and “Yes please” was her answer. On our way to breakfast I stopped off at Reception to cancel our remaining day. We had packed before breakfast so it wasn’t long before we were on our way back to Luxembourg. We stopped for lunch at our favourite Tandoori restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. After we arrived home I went on to the hotel’s website but no mention was made of the bar only opening in the evening and being closed two days a week, nor that there would be no lunch served on the days we were booked in. Had there been we would have quickly moved on to other hotels before we made our reservation. All in all, a big disappoin**ent
