The breakfast is amazing. Staff is super friendly. They have open bar for happy hour. Is one of the best hotels in Cleveland

Check in was very chaotic and unorganized. Staff were not very helpful nor pleasant. We will be looking for other options for hotels next time we are in the area. Unexpected 75 dollar deposit upon check in and we were unaware that we needed to make a reservation for the pool ahead of time.

The pull out couch was broken exposing sharp wood and metal that a couple of us got cut on. When we pulled out the sleeper couch there was No linen and when it was finally delivered to us they didn’t give us any pillows or comforter. Only 2 flat sheets and a thin hospital type blanket. I asked if we could get pillows and blankets and was told this was all they had to offer. Breakfast the following morning was below subpar. Bagel, muffins, fruit, bread for toast never replenished. No option for turkey breakfast meat, only pork offered. Pancakes hard and burnt. Potato cubes col and flavorless. I really expected more from Embassy Suits by Hilton. The pool area was not welcoming or comfortable at all. Requested a hair dryer at 5pm,as there wasn’t one in our room, and it wasn’t brought up until the next day after we had already attended the event we needed it for. Many things added up to an unfortunate experience. Maybe someone will reach out to attempt to restore my opinion, but as is stands, I wouldn’t pay to have the same experience there again.

The loby and breakfast were nice, and well maintained. I booked a king suite, and was given 2 doubles. When I enquired, I was told they did not have anymore rooms. The carpet and curtains had stains, and paint was chipping in the bathroom. The interior doors need to be replaced. This was not a room that I would have expected at any Hilton brand property. Linda at the front desk was happy to help me resolve my issues in the morning. The room was clean, aside from stains. The beds were comfortable, and overall I had a decent time.

We typically stay at Embassy Suites when we are traveling with our extended family. We have found them to be consistently warm, full-service places that afford the space to accomodate everyone. This Embassy Suites was very different. They were obviously cutting back on alot of amenities. For instance, carts to assist with luggage transport were nowhere to be found. Checking in, I finally found one by the kitchen entrance that I used, but checking out, there were none available and no one seemed to have carts. With a party of six, we obviously intended to use the sofa bed, yet there were no extra linens provided in the room. When we called the front desk to request them, they said they would bring them up, but after an hour we still had not got them. When I called again, an employee stated gruffly that he was waiting for them to come out of the dryer and would bring them up as soon as they came out. Two hours later at 9 PM, we still hadn't got them. When we called down to the desk then, we were told by a different employee that because she was the only one at the front desk, we would have to come down and get them. When my son went to retrieve them right away, a different male employee was at the front desk, he was curt and dismissive to my son, and certainly didn't acknowledge the confusion and inconvenience. That was typical with front desk and room service during our 3 night stay. In other words, there was no room service and we were treated rudely when we asked.

There were many hotels to chose from in the area, we chose this one particularly for the indoor pool. However it was closed for cleaning Sunday morning, during pool hours. The pool should be cleaned and maintained during closed hours. It was a huge disappointment to the youth group that I was chaperoning. We plan to come to this area in the future, we will look for a different option next time!

I reserved a few rooms for friends coming from out of town. I wanted something nice and elegant, but there weren't a ton of upscale options in the area we needed to stay. Fortunately, the Embassy was pretty pleasant and had an overall nice, quiet vibe. There was an open lounge area with many different seating areas to hang out. It was great to have a full-service restaurant on site as well as 24-hour snack options if one wanted something. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the room's coffee pot didn't work, but I wouldn't call that a deal breaker.

Where should I start... Me and my family were in Cleveland this weekend and we stayed at this property Saturday night. We have stayed in many embassy suites... many great hotels period. This experience put a bad taste in our mouth. so we got to our room which was located on the second floor. we noticed the hotel was in sheer chaos. in the lobby you could smell marijuna and cigarettes before we even reached our room. we decided to deal with it since we went through a third party. all we could smell is **** and cigarettes in our room. then we noticed the room. i mean maybe it was the last room so it was given to us. the room had stained carpets, stains on the curtains, a cracked sink bowl and even a smiley face drawn on the bathroom wall. We called multiply times for extra towels and washcloths and we even went to the front desk and never received the towels or washcloths. The lights flickered in our room and the noise level was unacceptable. Kids knocking on our door and people screaming in the hallways. We paid 180.00 and we aren't happy. I won't be back to this paticular property. The staff was rude and next time I come to the area this hotel won't be in my top ten of places to stay.

This hotel was so ghetto. It was like going to a night club on a Saturday night. Kids running around till late hours. Then adults partying in the middle common area loud and screaming until about 2:30 am. I felt completely unsafe. One boy slapped on of my kids on back when she was getting on elevators. Pool closed and there was like 50 kids in. It was absolutely horrible. It seemed like people would rent a room and have a birthday party and invite 25 kids to come use the hotel amenities. Would never stay with this hotel again. Plus there was a police chase and car flipped in hotel parking lot and the driver ran into hotel. Thought this area was a safe place turns out not safe at all. The employees seemed to know some of the kids running around so not sure if that was a family discount or family thing.
