I want to give this hotel a 4 or 5 star rating but after the interaction I had with the manager via the front desk. Winter storm came through last night and knocked out the power. Totally not their fault, I get that. However we went multiple hours without heat, lights or any power. When I asked for a partial refund or a discount towards another night I was told “absolutely no refunds”. We checked in and got ready for dinner, had maybe an hour in the hot tub which was great, so overall less than 2 hours in the room before losing the power. I was told, I stayed there I pay the full price. We would have taken a breakfast voucher or something! Super inconsiderate and clearly only cares about the money. Will be staying elsewhere next time we are in town.
