We will be back to stay at the Whale Coast All-Suite Hotel in Hermanus! The hotel is very centrally located within short walking distance from the Old Harbour, sea and assorted beach front restaurants and coffee shops. The Whale Coast All-Suite Hotel Hermanus is located on top of a shopping center that gives you direct access to a Checkers, Checkers Liquor, Clicks and many more stores to choose from. Secure parking for the hotel is provided in the basement of the building with additional partitioning separating the shopping center parking from the apartment parking, providing more security. Access cards are provided for the free secure parking, basement beams and the apartments. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, hotel bouquet DSTV and daily room cleaning services. Delicious breakfasts (hot and cold) are also served to clients by very friendly staff every morning with an assortment of juices, tea and coffees to choose from. Apartment 15 is spacious and comfortable with 3 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms on the 2nd floor and a wheelchair-friendly 4th room on the bottom floor with its own bathroom. The mattresses, duvets and cushions were all very comfortable. This apartment also gives you a partial sea-view and an outdoor braai with seating area. The kitchen has a gas stove, large fridge and dishwasher and enough cupboards for longer stays. Danielle and Louise are extremely accommodating and helpful and will make you feel right at home. The location, facilities & staff of the Whale Coast All-Suites Hotel makes this a venue we will definitely re-visit soon.

這是我們第一次在赫爾曼努斯和懸崖小屋是完美的住宿地點。該物業是迷人的茅草屋,位於赫爾曼努斯市中心和舊港口之間的沿海公路上。酒店設有安全的越野停車場和一個美麗的花園,在天氣允許的情況下,可以在室外放鬆和吃飯。從酒店到沿海小徑只有一小段步行路程。我們的房間非常乾淨,設備齊全,有一張舒適的牀。早餐太棒了-有這麼多美味的家常菜,很難知道選擇什麼。絕對有東西適合每個人。經理非常友好和熱情。懸崖小屋是我們入住的完美地方,我樂意在未來的任何訪問中再次入住。

From walking into reception to checking out we had the a fantastic time around Hermanus Bay, anchored in Hermanus Boutique Guest House. The people who work there make the place. Friendly, helpful and a happy atmosphere. We felt very welcome and very well looked after.

What an experience we had a Whale Rock Lodge. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a very smooth check-in process with a detailed run down of the local area. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The honesty bar is well socked and reasonably proceed. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and was cleaned each day of our stay. Location wise it is pretty central and just a 3 minute drive from the town centre and 1 minute from the new harbour. There is a real homely feel about the lodge and breakfast each morning was amazing. the selection was excellent and the cooked options were always served as requested and with a smile. My wife and I will definitely be back when we visit South Africa again.

Very clean, well equiped and everything in working order. Many kinds of birds very close to the building. Assisted with our luggage. The breakfast was perfect for us. Everything fresh, hot and tasty. A well groomed friendly lady gave excelent service. All staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We have had the absolute pleasure of staying at MISTY WAVES 8 times and have never been disappointed. From the moment you check in until the sad moment you depart it is a joy. The staff are so pleasant, helpful and courteous and who go out of their any to make your stay wonderful. The decor of guest rooms and public places is wonderful, none of your corporate, bland fittings and fixtures here. The style is beautifully eclectic. Beds are larger than most with excellent quality, whiter than white linen. Towels are thick and fluffy and good quality toiletries, including bath salts and crystals in tall glass bottles, body lotions etc. As returning guests we couldn’t believe that we were up graded to the penthouse suite where we found sparkling wine and chocolates (I think this is the case for all returning guests) but what a fabulous gesture. The bathroom was sheer luxury. The pool area was so relaxing, with plenty of loungers, mattresses, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Gardens with a huge variety of flowering plants, shrubs and trees added to the outstanding ambiance. A good and varied breakfast was served at the Heritage restaurant as was lunch. We ate dinner there again this stay and the hake and sirloin were cooked to perfection. Good wine list too, but this is The Western Cape ! Coffee station regularly replenished. So thank you Misty Waves for another absolutely glorious stay. We really hope to see you next year. A very Happy New Year to you all and may your very special hotel go from strength to strength…you certainly deserve t.

訪訪客Wir hatten das Familienzimmer (Nr. 6) mit zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. Es hat alles was man braucht und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Wir bezahlten umgerechnet rund 110 Franken pro Nacht. Es hatte einen kleinen Pool in der Mitte der Unterkunft und das Frühstück war auch liebevoll zubereitet. Es hat zwar keine riesige Auswahl aber definitiv alles was man braucht. Wir konnten noch die Wäsche zum waschen abgeben, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein Hemd ist eingegangen, man sollte vielleicht nur Sachen geben die mind. 50 grad gewaschen werden können. Alles andere blieb heil und wurde sauber. Sie waren auch Hilfsbereit und gaben uns einen Map der Region gegeben. Es war eine ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Einzig gestört hat uns am Morgen der eine Hund der gebellt hat, weil ihn ein (nicht so kluger reisender) im Innenbereich eingesperrt hat. Tip: Ein Drink in „F*ck‘s Pool“ nehmen und den Cliff Path ablaufen. Es ist einfach zu finden, direkt von der Hauptstrasse abbiegen und dort ist es. Es ist auch gut angeschrieben.
