我們在塔什幹希爾頓逸林酒店住了兩天，非常滿意！從踏入飯店的那一刻起，就能感受到這間連鎖飯店一貫的舒適體驗！辦理入住時，飯店會送上熱呼呼的餅乾——這個貼心的小細節讓人心情愉悅。 我們預訂的是高級房，房間設計時尚現代，並融入了當地特色。床鋪舒適，床墊也非常好，我們睡得像嬰兒一樣香甜。房間的隔音效果很棒，浴室設施齊全，配備了柔軟的浴袍、拖鞋和優質的洗浴用品。飯店每天都會進行清潔，但不會打擾我們。 我特別要感謝 Kanole 和 Rukhmon，他們熱情周到，樂於助人，幾乎解答了我們所有的問題。 總而言之，塔什幹希爾頓逸林酒店是家庭度假的絕佳選擇。我們一定會再來！ ❤️

酒店的服務態度非常好，服務人員非常的有服務精神，我的好兄弟在裏面給我提供了很多的幫助，非常感謝這次他們的服務。 in addition, i really appreciate my brother’s help, @ilyosbek_togaev, you know,this is my first time to be Uzbekistan, he gave me plenty of advice and help, he really showed me the kindness, i can’t get my works done well without him !

酒店整體設施非常現代，房間寬敞舒適。我們一家四口訂了兩個房間，其實一個雙床房都已經足夠，因為酒店的床尺寸很大，睡得很舒服。 小朋友特別喜歡酒店的恆温泳池，每天都玩得很開心。桑拿和按摩體驗也不錯，白天在市區景點“暴走”一整天，晚上回來游泳、按摩、蒸桑拿，真的非常放鬆愜意。 早餐種類豐富，品質很好，整體服務也非常貼心。特別感謝前台的 Daller，非常專業又熱情，還幫我們安排了舒適的商務車前往撒馬爾罕古城，整個行程都順暢很多。 是一家非常適合家庭出遊的酒店，值得推薦！

房間很乾凈。電視機我不會用，收不到頻道，我也懶得去找酒店工作人員解決。因為就算能看電視，也沒有中文字幕，聽不懂。 洗澡水不夠燙。對我來説，水温剛好。但如果你喜歡很燙的水，那是沒有的。 酒店有個游泳池，但我去的時候是冬天，1月份。游泳池不開放。就算開放我也不去，我還不想凍死在異國他鄉。 早餐很豐富，牛奶，麪包，蛋糕，果汁，茶，果醬，果乾，蔬菜，香腸，芝士，雞蛋，管夠。 可惜沒有胡辣湯，豆漿和油條想都不要想。 酒店人員很熱情，有耐心，會説幾句中文，但也僅限“幾句”。大多數的時候，他們會用手機上的翻譯軟件跟你交流。 為了表示對他人的尊重，建議大家學一句“薩洛姆”，意思是“你好”。你要是這麼説，當地人會很開心。

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

房間比較寬敞，酒店位置比較距離機場較近，在一條巷子裏面，距離市區主要景點也不遠，出行購物打車很方便，乘坐公共交通就需要走幾百米，房間陳設裝修有些老舊，總體還不錯，五星好評！
