這個酒店在卡帕的Ürgüp 小鎮，距離格雷梅10分鐘車程，比格雷梅安靜不那麼遊客，也有公交車到達格雷梅，挺方便！最重要的是老闆會説中文溝通方便，他告訴我原來是經營Feris Cave Hotel,在攜程上評分很高，合同到期不續租，轉到離Feris150米距離的Bella Vista,在Wish Hill 的半山腰上，可以看到很漂亮的風景，早起還可以看到熱氣球，露台有漂亮的咖啡廳和餐廳,老闆會給你介紹在卡帕怎麼玩比較好，還可以找他預訂熱氣球、騎馬看日落、ATV、土耳其之夜、土耳其浴等，反正找他全搞定，而且我們出去其他地方問問，酒店老闆給的價格實惠多了，強烈推薦給各位，來土耳其找他就對了[強][強][強]

This was by far one of the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. The room was stylish and beautifully designed which was complimented by some scents to keep the room smelling great. We were welcomed with great hospitality and the front desk spoke English which made the check in process smooth. The hotel is situated on a hill so watching the sunset with a panoramic view on their rooftop was a great way to end the night. In the morning, we woke up to an exceptional Turkish breakfast prepared in house. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable option in the cappadocia area.

除了貴沒毛病，還有就是離格雷梅小鎮有點距離，打車去小鎮基本每趟都要500里拉 1，實打實洞穴酒店，這家酒店本身也可以當作一個景點開完 2，房間設施很好 3，酒店服務很好 4，下次我估計還會住這家酒店

好看好看好看！！服務超好！ 我直接給到夯爆了👍 酒店的spa我直接給到夯👍太太太爽了（P123） 酒店泳池很好看，spa太爽了救命！（我和我男朋友一起去的，2個人220€。 spa絕對是這個酒店最牛的項目，全身精油按摩（正反都按）➕磨砂膏搓澡➕土耳其style泡泡洗澡➕泥膜面膜，直接爽的我飛起來hhh在酒店就給旁邊的中國大哥強烈推薦過了 酒店還可以給預約落日/日出 騎馬，ATV，熱氣球etc，入住當天下午就去了落日騎馬（在rose valley）。 真的太美了，就是這個山谷非常顛，不會騎馬的不建議來，對於沒學過馬術的來説還是蠻危險的。我從小學騎馬都屁股痛。 晚上點外賣結果因為沒有本地手機號註冊失敗，前台幫忙給我們想吃的餐廳打電話訂餐，讓酒店的司機去取得餐（給司機100里拉小費🥹好便宜的好感動）服務我也直接給到夯👍 我們連住了兩天 ，第三天早上11:00退房結果我們睡到12:30酒店才催我打電話😂😂 全程入住➕退房都有管家幫拿行李。當時我手受傷破皮了，酒店還有急救箱（裏面好多東西沒太看清），給我塗的葯膏，包的創口貼，第二天給我包的紗布。

Einfach und kurz gesagt; Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Urfa kommen, soll und wird es definitiv erneut dieses Hotel sein! Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und ”Balıklıgöl” entfernt. Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut. Exceptional Stay at Melis Cave Hotel – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melis Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting. I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region. The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.
