KKhusan Khusanov一切都很棒，但也有一些不足之處。飯店大廳只提供免費飲用水。應該為孩子們提供免費的披薩、漢堡和薄脆餅等小吃。因為在另一家飯店外的林蔭大道上，除了水，食物和冰淇淋也是免費的。

訪訪客用戶我們整體度過了一個美好的住宿。酒店本身很棒,一切都維護得很好,我們總共有4個房間,孩子們整個星期都度過了一段美好的時光。氛圍和設施真的讓我們度過了愉快的假期。
唯一不足的方面是食物,之前住過幾家5-star全包酒店,我們期待更高的標準和更多的品種,可惜一週自助餐感覺相當重複。我們特別錯過了傳統的土耳其木炭烤菜,如 Adana 肉串, Urfa ,羊肉和雞肉,以及像 i ç li k ö fte 這樣的菜,這將真正提升用餐體驗。
這個反饋與幫助改善本來是夢幻般的酒店的目的共享。我們真的很喜歡我們的住宿,如果食物供應得到加強,我們會很高興地返回。

訪訪客用戶Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

位置:離海邊2.5公里,但每30分鐘都有轉運。我沒有去,因爲我還在海里游泳很冷。目標是點燃。
非常喜歡分區分爲家庭和成人的決定,我看到客人不帶孩子來這裏,太好了。這裏安靜,沒有音樂,完美。
在米格羅斯一家藥店附近,步行15分鐘的路程,出租車一路10歐元,但步行比較好。
房間: 簡潔但現代化的.但是廁所裏有貓尿的味道, 沒有去除氣味, 沒有搬到另一個房間.按要求帶上套套, 第一次帶了個破布和小套裝, 要求換了, 給人可接受的.沒有肉.許多, 牀和牀都正常.
整體上, 整理得不錯.
食物:很好,總有選擇的餘地。有一次是紅魚吃早餐和晚餐,有一次是癌症。但牛肉似乎沒有。
小吃不清楚,有些不合時宜。
酒精: 大堂裏有可怕的雞尾酒, 成人酒吧裏更少.
服務:員工對要求和投訴作出反應。餐廳服務也不錯,不用自己去酒吧,服務員很棒。
不利於:在-1樓,在大人區,從23:30開始,音樂會動,使房間裏聽到歌詞。對噪音敏感的人肯定不會睡覺。
延長7小時的房間,從晚班起飛到140歐元,這不人道。

SSteven KuhnThe best staff in any Turkish hotel we have been in, and there were many. The location is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing really going on in the hotel. The food is good but the hotel is a bit tired and work down.
But again, the staff was incredibly friendly.

訪訪客用戶性價比很高的酒店，值得推薦給中產家庭。泳池，滑梯，小童遊戲，餐廳，海濱都無可挑剔。我的孩子認為是她在國外玩的最好的，超過印尼峇里島。也有不足，前台有的人服務不主動，如7月12日下午值班的前台沒有説明如何使用wifi,但衹是個別，酒店整體服務讓人滿意

訪訪客用戶他們住在路邊的第一塊,所以吵鬧。房間的維費,很愉快,看了系列,在460。早餐很喜歡,游泳池在10分鐘的”地球傳說”,旁邊是A101食品。到海灘坐出租車,沙灘不錯,還有帶有兒童場地的公園區。一晚的價格很低,但是要多呆一會兒,他們寧願不聽路的噪音。

訪訪客用戶他們遇到了很好的,在repepschen,俄語的謝爾蓋告訴了一切,解釋了。這個房間很小,因爲除了雙人牀之外還有一個單人牀。沒有電視或冰箱。茶水和咖啡和茶水和糖都被填充。打掃的很好,可以從陽台和浴室看。房間裏沒有鋪着地毯和拖鞋和長。保險箱3歐元一天,我們沒有拿。毛巾1歐元一天租,也沒有拿。因爲五月初瑞典桌子不在。但是從來沒餓過。給的就是吃的。不方便,很多東西都被扔掉了,因爲我們沒有吃。茶和咖啡機和大的在早上到上午10點到晚上10點的自由通行。還有17到18點的餅乾。海邊距離不遠,平靜無浪,游泳。地上有山很小很冷。一般來說,海上游樂園不壞。遊客少。但是這裏是鄉下娛樂,一定要去某處,靠近公共汽車站。去貝萊克和傳奇公園,非常喜歡。
