「It was a really bad Experience for me. I booked a hotel room with a bathtub from Trip.com and have already paid the fees and I also have the recipe of that and confirmation of that. But when I reached the hotel they said my name is not on the booked list although I had shown them proof. They claimed my booking had been declined and I already received the refund or have to ask trip.com to get my money back at that time. But there are no refunds or any Decline mail I have received. But at least they gave me a room without a bathtub. Although I booked a room with a Bathtub, I got a normal room with poor customer service. The service was really poor. We have to wait at the entrance for like 30 mins. If it wasn't like 9:30 PM, I would have found another place with decent customer service. And if the service were any better I wouldn't even write the long review or mention a few baths.
Apart from the Customer service the other things were really good.」
