奎松市附早餐的飯店

這是一家位於奎松城相對安靜地區的設計師飯店。飯店內部裝潢時尚，而且允許攜帶寵物入住。飯店所在區域咖啡館和餐廳林立，據說是當地頗受歡迎的地區。我非常喜歡這裡的自助早餐，所以每次來奎松城我都會經常入住這家飯店。

客户推薦的酒店，非常高大上，核心地理位置，有游泳池，酒店早餐也不錯，提前入住需要收費，一樓酒店入口有安檢，每進一次都要安檢背包之類，安全性不錯，唯一不足就是我住的那個房間似乎與隔壁房間燈或者空調的開關隔壁也能控制，有幾次我壓根沒開空調突然一下子空調就自動開了，還有都已經關燈了，突然聽到隔壁房間有開燈的聲音，我的房間燈就亮了，讓人不太舒服。其它環境什麼的很不錯，和商場超市緊密相連貫通，逛街吃飯非常方便，總體還算比較滿意吧

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

這只是我個人的一點看法。我訂這家飯店是因為它離演唱會很近，雖然演唱會本身不錯，但飯店還是有點讓我失望。 浴室 - (1) 乍一看還行，但地板非常滑。 (2) 浴缸看起來很舊，而且泛黃。 (3) 淋浴噴頭出水非常非常慢。 床 - 還可以，但是毯子太薄了。 電視 - 可以看YouTube！ 前台 - 服務周到，也提供免費充電介面。 無線網路 - 10/10。

非常棒的住宿體驗。價格非常合理實惠。推薦給沒有交通工具回家的人。飯店鄰近地鐵和輕軌站。我常訂飯店，Astrotel 是奎松市庫包附近最便宜的飯店。價格便宜，但房間比庫包附近更貴的飯店還要好。

【房屋評價】 最近入住了這間房屋，真是一次非常滿意的體驗！房間非常乾淨整潔，無論是床鋪還是地板都打理得一塵不染，讓人住得非常安心。衞生間也非常衞生，所有設施一應俱全，使用起來非常方便。 服務也讓我印象深刻，房東熱情周到，入住前詳細説明瞭一切注意事項，入住期間還主動關心我們的需求。房屋的佈置温馨舒適，細節處可以看出用心，比如提供的毛巾、洗浴用品都很貼心。 整體來説，這是一間非常值得推薦的房屋，無論是居住環境還是服務質量都無可挑剔。下次如果有機會，我一定還會選擇這裏！

享受我們2晚的住宿,因爲我未婚夫的生日。幸運的是我們得到了一個空調很好的房間。他們只忘記裏面有免費拖鞋,但當我們在他們的前台提出這個問題時。他們立即把它帶到我們的房間。所以這是一個加分項。他們的工作人員也很包容,平易近人。

就像一對夫婦一樣,房間很好..工作人員非常友好..對於舒適的體驗,這是不錯的..感謝u camelot hotel ❤️

工作人員和保安都不錯。友好。我早到了。提前入住費1000P 房間大。沒有毯子。只有薄牀單放在你身上。我要厚毯子。要另外一張薄牀單要額外支付100P,所以沒打擾。含早餐還可以。是菲律賓早餐。咖啡的菜單果汁上說。但他們從來沒有果汁。食物(米飯)在我的第二天又冷又溼。在我最後一天,他們沒有帶我的早餐50分鐘。我不得不再次詢問接待處。 他們有泳池,但我入住期間不能用泳池,因爲他們維護了3天🙄 如果酒店能在客人入住期間每天給客人幾杯水,那就更好了。 位置很好,在一條安靜的街道上。步行12分鐘到周圍的所有商場。 總體來說,我在那裏住的不錯,除了上面提到的一些原因,我沒看電視,不知什麼原因,在6AM 😅自己開了
