Gurdeep
OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

此外,您可以在度假村內找到很多猴子,這很好,因爲路上找不到任何猴子。
總的來說,這是一家體面的酒店,但我預訂晚了,所以,我必須支付溢價。

The cleanliness of room was outstanding. The forest view of our room was mesmerising. The restaurant has a very poor/less menu list and very long waiting time to serve. Lift suddenly malfunctioned and stuck suddenly but was rectified in 2 days. Parking is very good for a hill station hotel. Swimming pool was clean. Overall if the lift and restaurant was good, i would give a 10/10 score.
