提斯浦爾附早餐的飯店

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.
