加爾各答附早餐的飯店

這家飯店越來越老舊了。員工管理混亂。空調系統問題嚴重，實際上，這家萬豪酒店根本沒有空調。道歉很多，但幾乎沒有任何實際行動。是時候把JW萬豪的牌子從這棟大樓撤下來了，它配不上這家旅館！

我和朋友一起入住這家酒店,爲自己訂了單獨的房間,酒店親切地爲我安排了六樓的房間,可以看到加爾各答市的美景。 前台工作人員非常樂於助人,很有禮貌,特別是值機櫃台的戴眼鏡的紳士,他總是滿足我的要求,並及時處理任何投訴。他們甚至允許我們延遲退房,因爲我們的航班延誤了,我真的很感激。 我的房間寬敞,乾淨,維護得很好。提供的設施質量很高。客房服務人員很有禮貌,顯然對他們的工作感到驕傲。 正門的保安人員也非常有禮貌,隨時準備提供幫助無論是爲送貨司機提供小零錢還是爲Uber付款。特別感謝安全團隊之一 Raghunath ,他在前往機場時幫助我們裝載了60多公斤行李進入 Uber 。 總的來說,我的經驗是例外。工作人員的善良,專業精神和細心真正脫穎而出。我會強烈推薦這家酒店給我訪問加爾各答的朋友和同事。

*Review: One-Night Stay at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata* I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. The hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of its location and general ambiance, but there are also a few aspects that could use improvement. To begin with the positives, the hotel is situated in a very convenient and well-connected area. Being close to central Kolkata, it’s easy to access various parts of the city, whether for business or leisure. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and relatively peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay. The room provided was decent—clean, well-organized, and equipped with the expected amenities for a four-star property. The bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate lighting and storage space. The bathroom was functional and clean, although not particularly luxurious. In terms of comfort and upkeep, the room met my expectations. One feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s gym facility. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a decent range of equipment for a quick workout. For a short stay, it was more than sufficient and a welcome amenity for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. However, one significant downside was the dining experience. The biggest letdown was the limited food choices, especially in the set dinner menu. While the staff were polite and the service was timely, the menu lacked variety and felt quite restrictive. For a property of this category, I had expected a broader range of options, including some regional or seasonal specials. The lack of flexibility and limited appeal of the dinner options certainly took away from an otherwise comfortable stay. It might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but for those who enjoy exploring a hotel’s culinary offerings, this can be a sore point. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. There was a general air of professionalism throughout the hotel staff, which contributed positively to the experience. In conclusion, Kenilworth Hotel offers a reliable and comfortable stay with the added benefit of a good location and useful amenities like the gym. However, the lackluster food options—especially in the set dinner menu—stand out as an area that needs improvement. With a little more attention to dining and guest preferences, the hotel could elevate its overall appeal. For now, I would consider it a decent option for short stays, especially if dining isn’t your top priority.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

호텔라비스타에 현재 머물고 있습니다. 공항에서 가깝고 밤늦게나 새벽에 도착할 경우 픽업 서비스도 신청(유료)하루수 있습니다. 식사는 맛있고 방은 청결합니다. 잔돈을 준비하세요. 직원들이 친절해서 팁(약 50루피 이상)을 줘야 하는데 내가 실수를 했어요. 마지막날에 밀인 팁을 전부 주고 싶어요. 걸어서 10분거리에 메트로 Jessore Rord역이 있어요. Noapara 역에서 갈아타면 시내의 중심부에 어디든 갈 수 있어요!

位置很好,適合旅遊景點,但如果你不喜歡附近道路上不斷髮出鳴笛聲的噪音,那就很吵了(不確定在印度是否有可能逃脫)。在說10.30pm和早上8點之間確實好轉了。火車(立即在酒店門口外)經過但不頻繁,遠處可以聽到船發動機的聲音但就在一條河上😅。在一些晚上,它有點派對船(如果有活動,大聲和晚迪斯科噪音)。噪音在晚上9點左右停止,但在另一個晚上晚些時候繼續;如果你的房間靠近酒吧,這可能是一個問題,對我來說不是太糟糕,因爲我使用耳塞。最刺激的噪音,信不信由你,是人在走廊裏大聲喊叫或大聲交談。房間是3*,護照,現金,卡等沒有保險箱。枕頭,牀罩和地板打掃得不是特別好。我不得不從走廊裏自救,因爲他們沒有被清潔工頂起來。無論如何,非常短暫的住宿可能是一次很好的體驗,也許一晚。我很高興有經驗,儘管有不足之處,但可能會推薦它作爲一次獨特的體驗,一兩個晚上。早餐非常好,有可愛的河景和寒冷的氣氛。

Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
