泗水附早餐的飯店

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

第二次入住。設施稍微舊一些，服務一如既往的優秀。門口安保嚴格，每一個服務人員都和你熱情的打招呼。房間每日清理。早餐很贊。周邊有一個高檔購物中心，裏面有中餐館，有一個美食街。購物，吃飯都很方便。

設施：很棒，房間漂亮，設計的很方便，乾淨又舒服 服務：服務很熱情，特別是餐廳工作人員 環境：餐廳是最大亮點，很漂亮，連接着户外泳池平台，泳池周圍的植物也很棒。餐廳的自助餐超豐富，堪比五星級酒店，小甜點很多 性價比很高的一家酒店

這是我今年第三次入住 Swiss Belinn Manyar 酒店，我對他們的服務一直非常滿意。前台、禮賓部、餐廳、客房服務和客房清潔人員都非常友善、有禮貌，並且注重服務，讓客人感受到無微不至的關懷。房間也沒什麼好抱怨的：乾淨整潔，無線網路穩定快速，熱水不間斷，空調也運作良好，足以抵禦泗水的炎熱天氣。 非常感謝前台工作人員 mbak Nia，她總是用她熱情的笑容迎接我們，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，並確保我們每次入住都愉快愉快。同時，也要感謝其他前台工作人員：Shinta、Rizqi、Yoga 以及其他一些我無法一一列舉的工作人員。

房間非常整潔舒服，也非常安靜。服務特別好，有什麼事情前台都會熱心幫忙，哪怕是需要換現金，前台也會熱心的告訴我們最近的網點。早餐種類也很豐盛，非常具有東南亞風情，非常好非常滿意的入住體驗！ 衹是打車和大廳不在一層，需要注意‼️

地段👌本地四星酒店，像國內的三星。 早上早餐選擇不算多也不少 設施 馬桶吸力不太行，隔段時間抽水才能下去… 隔音不好，一直聽到馬達轉動的聲音… 衞生 乾淨 環境 經濟舒適，不過還不如國內舒適型酒店全季，太老了。 服務 服務態度蠻好的

設施：房間裏面的話沒有配備洗髮水，沐浴露，吹風機這些什麼都沒有。如果出來旅行沒有自帶這些的話啊，謹慎考慮 衞生：酒店環境大堂環境還可以，但是房間衞生堪憂，床單被罩都很舊，而且有破的痕跡，就是臟兮兮的那種感覺。 服務：工作人員態度可以比較親切

This hotel is in very good location. Next to the hotel is 24 hours Indomaret convenient store (equivalent to 7-11) and around 10 minutes walk is Tunjungan Plaza which a very big shopping mall. The hotel does lunch promotion for 30,000 IDR for a rice dish with unlimited ice tea. The facilities are very basic if you are not looking for anything fancy. One thing I want the hotel to improve is the sound of A/C. On my 1st night, it was very loud that kept me awake until 2 am. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to complain.
