The good...beds good. The bad...the room smelled horrible like cooking so we changed the room, the fridge made noise, their were bugs in hallway, the luggage cart was not avail when we arrived for some time, the breakfast was horrible..empty containers, machines not working, etc heavy cleaning while we were having breakfast! Window in the room does not open.

Room was clean. However the Wi-Fi was extremally slow in my room. I found out from hallway that there were about one third of building has bad Wi-Fi signal. The service was poor too. The guy was not willing to help when I asked if there were restaurants or food stores nearby, as well as complained the Wi-Fi issue. Also, you can smell pet odor from the first floor

My main complaint is the bed and bedding. There was a sheet missing, and the ones used didn't even fit the mattress. The bed itself made me feel like i was sleeping on a floor. It was SO hard. I had zero rest.

Non-smoking hotel and non-smoking room, but walked in and our room smelled like smoke. Only a sheer curtain, no shades to pull over the window so our kids were woken up early with the sun.

The shower needs more pressure. & the walls are thin. The neighbors tv woke us up at 5am.

Only stayed one night. Did not hear any noise at night which was good. The area around the property wasn't that good to look at but all I needed was a comfortable nights rest and that's what I got for the most part.

Was charged before we even arrived. Whoever was trying to put a hold on my account actually put the pmt through. The beds were very uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep

T V not working and no one knows how to fix the cable box person at front desk tried 3 times We were told a big line of B S Last time for Best Western I will sleep in the car next time

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The pad on the bench was covered in gross stains. One of our bed comforters had a huge blood like looking stain and had to ask for more blankets. they had us ***** the bed ourselves and bring it up front and handed us new sheets n blankets.
