建築面積約40平方米（含滑雪場），2樓，2個房間，適合2位成人（可攜帶1-2名孩童）。對於4位成人來說，空間太小。公寓位於布勞恩拉格北郊，緊鄰森林。距離鎮中心和滑雪纜車0.5公里，房屋附近即是遠足小徑的起點，幾分鐘即可到達越野滑雪道。

Schöner Urlaub an Schöner Location
Ich war das erste mal seit langer zeit wieder im Harz. Die Ferienwohnung war toll, Kontakt und CheckIn waren unkompliziert und Freundlich. Der Preis war auch mehr als Fair. Ich werde mich bestimmt nochmal für einen Urlaub dort entscheiden.

Braunlage/Harz
Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung und der Check-in hat super geklappt. Schade war allerdings, dass die kleine Sauna 10 pro Nutzung kostet, da kann man auch gleich in die deutlich besser ausgestattete Sauna im Hallenbad gehen. Die Umgebung hat leider jeglichen Charme von früher verloren, weshalb wir nicht wiederkommen werden. Der Wald ist eine einzige Ödnis und diverse Dinge (Parkplätze, Türme usw.) sind sehr touristisch und teuer geworden.

Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut (ca. 10 Min bis Ortskern ＞ dort viele Geschäfte und Restaurants). Einige Gebrauchsspuren in der Unterkunft, aber insgesamt schöne kleine Wohnung. Für zwei Personen ideal. Mit drei Personen könnte es enger werden.

Ordentlich aber nicht sauber
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Check- In Vorgang verlief schlecht. (Check-In um 14:00 Uhr, Einlass war um 15:30 Uhr) Grund dafür die Verspätung war, dass wir uns nicht schon einen Tag vorher gemeldet haben ( es waren Feiertage) und deshalb wurde gar nicht erst auf uns gewartet beim Objekt. Die Sauna sowie das Handtücher waren nicht im Preis inklusive.

Nicht sehr sauber.
30 für die Endreinigung sind ok, wenn man ein sauberes Appartement vorfindet. In die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt. Sauna war auch nicht wirklich nutzbar - Licht und Lüftung defekt. Der Harz bleibt trotzdem mein Freund:-)

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Die Wohnung hatte (bis auf einen Ofen) alles, was man braucht und war sehr schön eingerichtet. In dem Bett konnte man gut schlafen und Busse wie Wanderwege waren fußläufig erreichbar.
Toll um ein paar Tage im Grünen zu verbringen.

Braunlage
Ferienwohnung für Max. 3 Personen. Küchenzeile sehr klein, Fußboden knarrt, aber alles sauber.
Kleine Stadt, viele Restaurants, zum einkaufen ist Auto notwendig. Gute Möglichkeit mit Bus, den Harz zu erkunden.

Schöne Wandertage
Leider hatten wir keinen Schnee, dafür schönes Wanderwetter. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Floor space approx. 40 sqm (incl. Slopes), 2. Floor, 2 rooms, suitable for 2 adults (possibly with 1 - 2 children). The accommodation is too small for 4 adults. The apartment is located on the northern outskirts of Braunlage right next to the forest. Distance to the town center and the ski lift 0.5 km, hiking trails start right at the house, cross-country trails can be reached in a few minutes.
Living room with built-in kitchenette (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with 2 plates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Free WiFi, large TV with cable connection, radio, CD, DVD / Blue-ray, small, bright bathroom with (narrow) shower, bedroom with Velux window above the double bed (160 x 200 cm, height 40 cm), large built-in wardrobes in Living room and bedroom. Double sofa bed in the living room. From the living room and the covered balcony (table with 4 garden chairs) you have a direct view of the forest. In summer, when the weather is good, the balcony can be integrated into the living area by fully opening the two double doors. -> click on "further details"

The visitor's tax prescribed by the municipality of Braunlage is € 2.50 per night and per person, half for the first child over 6 years. City tax is not payable for children up to 6 years and from the second child. If desired, bed linen and towels can be provided for a total of € 5 per stay per person.
Coin-operated washing machine (€ 2), drying room and table tennis table are in the basement, where there is another shower (80 x 80 cm) and toilet. Ski / bike cellar available. Sauna € 3 per person and use.
