貝爾福德雷爾飯店

Si trova in posizione molto bella e l'hotel è davvero carino. avevamo una camera spaziosa, un bagno comodo e una bella terrazza comune. Interessanti piscina e sala fitness. Il ristorante era squisito. Unica pecca: dopocena ci siamo accorti che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e abbiamo chiamato la reception. Il ragazzo è stato gentile ed è venuto a vedere se poteva sistemare. Ma non avendo potuto, non ha proposto nessuna alternativa (erano probabilmente piene le camere ma almeno fornirci un piccolo ventilatore... abbiamo passato la notte dormendo poco a causa del caldo). un 4 stelle deve fornire un'alternativa...

l hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville , et le restaurant est situé dans un autre bâtiment. En cas de pluie , c est gênant et le bar est fermé .Il y a très peu de personnel à la réception pas très aimable Dispose d un spa .endroit certainement très beau en été. A recommander chambre spacieuse et agréable

Lets start with the fact that the showers are not built right so they always flood the room. On Friday they hosted a wedding at the top floor restaurant that was heard well in all the rooms till late night. Then in one of the rooms the door lock was missing batteries so they started by blaming the kids with damaging it. On top of all that when we wanted to check-out they had the nerve to accuse us of stealing a blanket and a bath robe. As if we came to Romania just to steal hotel equipment. I ended up paying 280 lei for stuff I didn't steal, and when I asked to talk to the manager, the receptionist called Carmen refused to call her. Shame on this misserable hotel, do your best to avoid it.

Very nice hotel, loved our stay there, we certainly gonna come back. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with very good food and lovely staff. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was very ok with many food products for the children and vegetarians.

I came here with my family for the wedding of my cousin. Rooms very clean. Staff very polite. The hotel’s restaurant was great and the breakfast better than in some top hotels in Bucharest. The pool and Gym are both great. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Congrats

We had a large room(11) with a huge balcony and lovely view. Bathroom huge, with a strange Bath and shower over Bath. The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant with it's amazing view and superb food. However, a couple of things to mention was that in the restaurant we were trying to order some drinks from the staff and the waitress quite sharply and loudly said that we would have to wait in a really rude manner. Otherwise service was fairly good. The breakfast was awful, it is in the grand hotel Belvedere on the same site but in a separate area. The room was a huge cavenous space and signed ballroom. The food was awful, everything stale and cold. Complete lack of any staff or manager.
