西特林飯店(Hotel Citrin - Adults Only)

Very old rooms. Terrible beds. The mattress is old and it feels like we're sleeping on a board. We couldn't sleep because of the discomfort. It's a shame that they edit a photoshop to present a hotel that is far from reality. Even though we booked 4 nights, we ran away after a night that was a nightmare.

Recomand cu drag acest hotel: locatie linistita, personalul este foarte amabil, camerele spatioase si curate, micul dejun a la carte, parcare la locatie. Am fost cazati de patru ori pana aucm aici si vom reveni de cate ori cu business sau in trecere prin Brasov.

Tout s'est bien passé. Juste déçu par la fermeture du restaurant qui fait pourtant parti des services proposés à l'hôtel sur le site **********. Heureusement il y a un centre commercial juste à côté avec plusieurs restaurants.

The personal in this place is treating the tourists like hell. There is a guy Adrian Olteanu at the reception who speaks bad to the people that gets in. I wouldnt recomand this place if you re paying a visit to brasov

We arrived several hours before checking in. The mall was just around the corner, so we left our luggage there and went shopping. We came back and checked in. The room is quite large, and the bathroom is a good size. the bathtub was HUGE ( we used it both nights because it was so nice). The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in our 8 country tour. A great variety of options and a good amount of food. Great value, nice location, and nice rooms!

This hotel is very well located between the train station and the Old Town. Very friendly staff and everything we needed was provided. The room had a fridge/minibar and the shower pressure was excellent. AC kept the room comfortable. Very close to a shopping center as well.

Everything is outstanding in both terms of quality, and service. Just 5 minutes walking time to gigantic shopping mall with large variety of dining options.

We stayed at the Citrin for 3 nights in May. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the our room very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of freshly prepared options (we had omelette) together with pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese, meat etc. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near to a large shopping centre. It is about 15 min walk from railway station and about 20 mins from the old town which has many restaurants and bars. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Brasov in the future.

The rooms are nice and spacious with all the expected amenities. Where they really shine are the people that work there - everyone is incredibly helpful, informative and just very accommodating. I had asked if they had fruit for breakfast and the next thing I know they are going to the store to get berries - for that breakfast. Who does that? I really appreciated the effort, but that's how they are at Citrin - very nice.
