Una empleada morena no tiene buen servicio al cliente lo calificó de pésimo, después llegue y me atendió otra no recuerdo el nombre pero era de color blanca y un 100. El restaurante pésimo la comida sin sabor, fría no lo recomiendo para nada, mejor busquen otra opción de alimentación, además ni tenían un menú y en el desayuno el pinto horrible no sabía a nada y nos ofrecen jugo de naranja 🍊 para después cobrarme 4500 por tres jugos, me salen diciendo que eso era aparte, igual pésimo el servicio del restaurante.

El peor hotel que existe, un baño que parece que nunca a sido limpio, ademas lleno de hongos, las sabanas llenas de cabello de otras personas, las toallas sucias llena de maquillaje es ASQUEROSO, REPUGNANTE. ( por si piensan decir que es mentira tengo foto de todo lo antes mencionado)... Tienen musica a todo volumen desde las 7:30 am hasta las 9pm, o sea no puedes estar tranquilo descansando en tu habitacion, no tienen agua caliente y dicien que es porque funciona con placas solares, por dios si van a mentir al menos hágalo bien que es una vergüenza... la señorita que estaba el día de hoy 26/11 en el turno de la mañana en la recepcion es muy mal educada, ni buenos días, sigan asi que van directo al fracaso. Tienen que mejorar las políticas de limpieza y de cortesía con los clientes. Otro punto que estén lavando los autos a la hora del desayuno eso queda muy mal. Y cuando pase algo mínimo se pide disculpa. Y no se les ocurra pedir un vaso de agua que se lo van a dar del grifo una agua que no se puede tomar porque no está tratada para eso, el desayuno pesimo y escaso el peor que he probado en Costa Rica. Un hotel demasiado caro para las pésimas condiciones y mal servicio que ofrecen. Si quieren disfrutar de sus vacaciones no se les ocurra venir jamás aquí, es lo PEOR DE LO PEOR.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos a hacer ciclismo de montaña en la zona, el hotel tiene buenas condiciones de hospedaje, limpio, seguro bien ubicado. El restaurante un poco quedado ya que a la hora de ordenar no tenían varios de los platillos del menú.

We were put into this hotel after the (cheaper) hotel up the road accepted our booking but was full. The place seems half built and no clear differentiation between car park and hotel grounds. Staff were nice enough but this is a 30 dollar hotel charging 170 dollars for a family room. Really poor. I don’t get how in Costa Rica they have the nerve to charge so much for such a poor place. The cockroach waved us goodbye as we left. Cannot recommend. Look for places further along the coast in Portrero which is much nicer.

I liked that several beaches. I did not like that some people did not have the same treatment. I recommend putting more decoration in the restaurant, hotel and rooms, Also larger signs to find the hote.l

This hotel had quite clean rooms. It was off the busy road. A beautiful pool that was meticulously cleaned daily. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The rice and beans were delicious. Loved the assortment of fruit each day with cream. Hot showers too. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. We stayed there for two weeks and our family dropped in and out. It was a fun experience for everyone. No complaints. We saw monkeys in the trees behind the hotel one day. We also saw iguanas on the property. This deleted our grandchildren. We definitely would stay again. Loved the proximity to the beaches. Hope you choose to stay at Hotel Nany and enjoy their small family owned business. PURA VIDA.

This is a family-run hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool, and the hotel is set far back from the road, so it’s very quiet at night. Wifi in the room was a bit spotty at times, but basically all right. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily. We stayed in room #29. The key to the safe did not work, and the window did not lock, but we did not have any problems. I would recommend that they provide liquid body soap as opposed to the tiny bars of soap in the shower. They kept the restaurant area very clean and disinfected; the staff all wore masks (if you’re worried about that kind of thing). Breakfast was all right. They offered a choice of either the “typical” Costa Rican breakfast, or fruit and toast. We requested eggs, fruit and toast, and they were fine with that. They also provided as much coffee as we wanted. Fresh juice would be nice. They organized a taxi to Liberia airport for US $70 which was good value. We paid $75/night as walk-in guests. We think the rooms are worth about $65, but we found everything in Costa Rica to be overpriced in general, so this is not a reflection on this hotel. They made you feel very welcome.
