This resort is in a great location. Off the busyness of the main ***** yet just a couple blocks away from the action. Nice and quiet. BUT ........ the office is very difficult to find. We arrived late and the office was closed (it isn't like an usual lobby). It was down a set of steps below ground level and difficult to find. Next, the outside was very very very disappointing. We almost pulled out to find other accommodations. The facility needs updated, painted and just plan cleaned up. Once we were in our room, it was clean and nice.

I haven't been to Branson for many years and we came here with 3 teenagers on an RCI exchange and it was very pleasant. The property sits about half a mile (I'm guessing) off the main drag, with Price Chopper at the top of the street which is large, and very useful for picking up basic supplies for the first night. This is often an issue when reserving self-catering accommodation so it is nice to have this option. It also means that the property is quiet, facing the golf course which you would probably guess from the name. We drove down in the evening from Kansas City, arriving around 8pm when the office was closed. However, we were contacted before arrival to let us know that the condo was ready but that the office closed at 5 and the keys would be in a labelled lock box. This was fine and it all worked as promised and we were quickly into our second floor condo, with a studio attached, for the 5 of us. In contrast to several other RCI properties we have rented, and some of the comments here, our condo was in very good condition and the whole property was clean wherever we went. For sure, there were some flaking areas of paint on the exterior, but nothing to really complain about. The condo itself had a large walk in shower in the master bed room which was much appreciated, and the studio was well appointed too, although it would certainly be on the small side if that is all the space you had available to you as it is a standalone unit as well as an adjoining room to the main space. The kitchen was large and well appointed with everything you need in terms of cooking utensils etc. I am not sure how many people actually cook meals here but you certainly could. There is a small table that would seat 4 easily and 5 at a push. Our unit had a comfortable living area with a sofa that folded out into a bed, as well as access to a screened in balcony accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Having said it is quiet, there was significant noise bleed coming from the condo above us, most noticeably heavy footfalls early in the morning, from around 6am. This was the only time we heard them though and other than that we couldn't hear conversations from neighboring units or anything so maybe there is a hard floor in the unit above. Not too bothersome to me but I know some people find it more so. The location, as mentioned above, is great. We walked up to the local italian restaurant that was pretty good, and there are a couple of mini-golf courses very close by and the Titanic exhibit is less than 5 mins away by car. We very much enjoyed our stay here. There is a pool although somewhat small and populated with very boisterous kiddos the one time we tried to use it but, this was Labor Day weekend so that is to be expected. I recommend this place in particular because we were blissfully untroubled by the practice that I have experienced in other RCI properties where the hard timeshare sell is ever present. We were pleased as soon as we walked in. Condo smelled fresh and very clean. It was very roomy for a one bedroom. It had everything we needed. It was a quiet area but everything seemed to be 5-15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends. We did not have any problems at all.

Don’t book this place based on the website pictures. It is old outdated, worn furniture and carpets Buildings need cleaned and repaired. The smell in the unit was overwhelming. The latest updated unit was at least 10-12 years old based off of what the check in, maintenance, housekeeping person told me!

Rooms are a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Staff very friendly and courteous. Parking a bit cramped, but doable. Close to everything without all the noise of the *****.

Studio reservation close to adjoining units. Within an hour of checking in at about 9PM heard a argument next door with phrases such as "Get the " " our now". Next heard door slam and car speed out of drive. Called manager, who said any behavior is acceptable before quiet hours at 10PM and there was nothing he would do about it. I said, Ok but I would note that in my review. Shortly after that he banged on my door and said the reservation is cancelled and we had to get out immediately. We packed up and went to turn in the keys. He then offered us an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment apart from any other quest. We stayed but avoided any contact with the staff at all costs.
