Good hotel wish the floors were a little cleaner but it was a nice hotel other than that

Weather was awful, but the motel was actually really clean and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was just basic continental. Honestly would stay again.

Clean, needs updating The hotel was old and needed updating, but was clean. The bed was also old, I could feel each spring. But again, the room was clean. I spoke with three staff members while there and all three were very nice and helpful. I didn't eat the breakfast because we had other plans, but it had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, frozen waffles, and packaged muffins. We like to stay in a new place each time we go to Branson but I would stay here again.

First time we stayed it was excellent. This time, about 4 months later, it was dirty, furniture was beat up and had a roach on the wall!

The property looks like it’s been updated more recently than some, but the area around the tub base/floor needs repair, the tv had a line across it when turned on, and the front desk lady upon check-in wasn’t the friendliest. They were clearly changing shifts and instead of asking me to give her a couple of minutes, she told me to hold on and sat quietly while logging in. However, the lady the left was very nice . A little small talk to fill the void would be nice. She also didn’t code our door key correctly so we were locked out the next day. It was an easy fix, but it is an easy thing to do correctly the first time. Other than the aforementioned, the experience was fine. I’ve been to Branson numerous times and this wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but will likely not stay there again.
