From our arrival the staff were very welcoming,we stayed local to the show in Thursford Christmas Spectacular,they kindly sorted taxi company for us.The room was excellent and so clean,white crisp sheets and spotless We were also fed high quality food both evening and morning.lucky they were also running quiz night which was great fun. So 100% recommend this hotel ,great stay

This historic hotel has been servicing the needs of pilgrims to Walsingham for hundreds of years. Rooms are quaint, but equipped with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent menu providing some interesting dishes worthy of the Good Food Guide. No dedicated parking for hotel clients but free parking in the Friday Market Place if you can find a space

Old hotel with loads of character, located right in the middle of this historic village. We had a lovely comfortable room, although there was no wardrobe, the only hanging space was on hooks on the wall. The plumbing in the shower room sometimes made interesting noises, but what can you expect in an old building? It was impossible to fault the staff - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfasts and evening meals were first class.

Booked for evening meal. A warm welcome with a bar at the entrance. Nice menu selection well cooked and delicious with a great specials board. All round good experience.I had scallops and then sea bass and husband had asparagus and ribs. Managed dessert too. Would return/ recommend

The service in the pub is horrific, we waited for over an hour, and nothing came. Would not come again, do not recommend. It also smells a bit iffy, overall was just not a nice experience. They were lacking on certain ingredients and we had to change our orders multiple times!

What a great place. We stayed here to visit Thursford. If you want straight lines and floors this is not for you. But spotlessly clean. Our room was very large, sloping floors, beams . A separate dressing room for clothes/cases and shoes. An en-suite bathroom. Friendly staff and a great full English breakfast. All for a very surprising price. Would I recommend it to friends and family. Yes!
