Hotel looked to be a decent shape, but upon inspection of the bathroom there was blood platters on the wall. We only were staying for one night so we just tried to ignore that thought. Breakfast attendant was efficient. Food was good!

The first room the toilet didn’t work and there was hair everywhere then the second room hair all over the beds but the toilet worked 🙄

Incredible staff- friendly and excellent Buffet breakfast was delicious, hot, plentiful and awesome

Everything was fine except the toilet was about 6" from the floor. Those of us with bad knees had trouble getting down and up. A hand bar would have helped. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future for this reason.

My first time staying at Best Western hotel. Overall, the cleanness of the room was terrible.. The staff at the front desk was very professional and very helpful.

We checked in late, probably around 10:30, the room we were given evidently had air-conditioner issues as it was pretty much torn apart. I went down to let the front desk know. It was not on their computer as being unavailable. Since they had no more king beds, she put us in a king suite. Very nice, had an apartment size kitchen, couch and extra tv. Bathroom was spacious and I love the idea of having the soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Bed was comfy and pillows were ok. Their hot breakfast was good, eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage and potatoes. The pancake maker was empty when we got there but, there was only about a half hour left. They had ample seating as well. Since we only spent the night, we did not get to use the pool or check out our surroundings.

Blinds do not block out the sun and are completely see through. Absolutely no privacy. The lady at front desk was very friendly, but was confused when looking at my ID. She was going to deny my stay because she thought I was 17. I'm 22. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the role that was there was half used. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. The tv only had 5 channels and half of 2 of them were black screens. The hotel is redoing its rockbed out front and has had decorative rock brought in and dumped on the sidewalk in front of the Handicapped spaces. It was the cheapest option.
