considering its a grade listed building the inside doesn't do it justice. it's a dark,cold & unwelcoming place. The owner has no good customer service skills, ive never felt that unwanted or inconveniencing by any publicans or hoteliers ever. The décor downstairs & upstairs must of been there from the 1990's. The room amenities are basic to say the least. Asking for anything more than provided is met by a snarl & grunt, then not provided.
