Very beautiful rooms

Location, location, location! If you're heading to Bradford and want to stay somewhere central, this Premier Inn is a great pick. It met all the essentials you'd expect from a typical Premier Inn — clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were in town for a wedding, so this was a quick in-and-out trip with minimal expectations, but we were actually pleasantly surprised. The hotel delivered on everything we needed for a short stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bradford who wants to be close to the city centre and have a straightforward, hassle-free experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this Premier Inn. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. A special thank you to Nirvanna, Angela, Ange, Steph, and Selina for all your hard work over the past few months! After spending years in the hospitality industry, it’s truly refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about the customer experience.

Great first night with the staff very helpful & food nice. We were told food was on until 9:45pm. So on our 2nd night we expected food to be on until a similar time. Around 9:35 we asked and were told it was on “until 9:30/9:45pm”. So we said “it’s not even 9:40, is it on?” The answer was “no”. But you just gave us a time window of 9:30/ 9:45! We had been prepared to pay £49 plus on the meal deal for dinner / breakfast but obviously won’t now. Also, our room card didn’t work as we arrived back at the hotel for our 2nd night, so wouldn’t let us in to the hotel / room. The reason given was that it “might have got near your phone” during the day. Very odd. So new card needed. Room fine. Staff on Friday 23rd Feb fantastic. Just disappointing service on night 2. We rushed back to get food based on time given to us.

Stayed in hotel for two nights, seen 4 receptionists, all was helpful and kind. Pointed where to take relatives for dinner. Hotel very suitable , beds comfortable, loved pillows and good temperature in the room. Happy for my stay in, positive people. Clean all around.
