Juan and the ladies working the breakfast area are so friendly and made me feel at home! The room was clean and all accommodations were clean and fairly new feeling. However, it's a little scammy or negative to only have room cleaning every other day so that when you right back not have your bed made or anything cleaned up in the room like hotels used to do. Unless you are staying for more than two or three days, I feel that you do not get what you paid for as far as features I expect from hotels. Also, the most negative and I believe I should have gotten me an account credit for the fact that they advertise a pool and it was closed and/or having issues my entire stay. Anyone coming from out of state to Florida and specifically buying a bathing suit should be able to swim at a hotel.

Tru by Hilton hotels are clean, and that one is, too. The staff was very friendly. We especially liked the lady in the kitchen; she was very kind and caring. The breakfast was enough. Check-in and check-out were very fast. We have no complaints about the property.

I like the fact that when they said it was a handicap room the bathroom was exceptionally large plenty of grab handles everywhere. The walk-in shower was great. Had a bench in it most hotels tell you they got handicap rooms and you don’t get one when you get there, I got one and I appreciate it.

The Tru by Hilton in Bradenton I-75, FL was a wonderful site to meet up with family. The lobby gathering space was excellent for catch up time as well as enjoying the excellent breakfast. The manager of the food service was efficient and friendly. The young man who welcomed us upon arrival was cordial and helpful regarding local eating spots and possible attractions. We would definitely visit again.
