The Condo is in between the Beach & the Bay! It's an ideal location for everyone including Families, Couples, Friends etc. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, water sports, boating, cruises, fishing etc.
What I love the most...you don't have to drive...Walk, bike, use the Free Trolley or Monkey Bus!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:No events allowed.

It was a nice place. Ice maker did not work, ceiling fan in living room did not turn on. The bed in the primary room was a full size bed, not a queen as indicated in the listing. I'm sure once the pool gets repaired it will be a great asset to the rental. Overall it was a nice location.

Winter getaway!
Great Location! Overall the complex is still getting put back together from the hurricanes. Pool, tennis courts, lights, etc. We were aware of this, and it was fine.

Awesome Location
The condo matched its description perfectly, with a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and more space than the photos suggest. It was fully equipped for our stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay
Had a great vacation. Condo was fully stocked with everything you needed to go to the beach and had all the conveniences of home. Great location for restaurants, Bridge Street, and the beach.

Perfect location
Our stay was amazing. From the process of booking to us getting to our condo and throughout the week our host tough base with is making sure everything was ok. The property is very clean and it only took us about 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach.. Lots of restaurants to choose from and just a short ride to grocery stores. We will definitely be back!
