The rooms: The rooms (first and second) we were put into were extremely dark; bring a flashlight. The first room's TV remote and mini-fridge were not working; they were quick and helpful at getting us into a second room (directly above the first). No microwaves FYI. Otherwise the rooms are clean but cramped and the toilet paper is conveniently located directly behind the toilet out of reach. Amenities: If you aren't ready to open with full amenities, don't charge full prices. $250 per night for a double queen, with no access to the pool, hot tub, or even just to the back yard area to let the kids run around; that is absolutely ridiculous. We discovered that there would be no access to any of the amenities that are boasted online via a text message sent the morning of the check-in date--too late to cancel the reservation and book somewhere else. When we called to verify the closures, the receptionist informed us that the pool is working, filled, and ready to go; just not yet open. The lobby and exterior aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous, and equally misleading.
