Strange stay The evening we showed up the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The next day the front desk was not helpful and short. The pull out couch had food that was not from us in it and the pull out couch is not very comfortable and squeaks when you roll over. A gentleman on Staff unlocked our door before checkout time because a prior occupant had left something behind. When I opened the door further, he said he was told the room was unoccupied and asked if the young man could come in to a room full of young girls in swimsuits to look for his lost item. I declined and they waited until we were ready but, that was disconcerting to me. The communication needs to be better of if a room is occupied or not. Other than that, the property is beautiful, the pool was fantastic and they have a hot tub.

The sofa bed was so bumpy and literally could feel every spring in the mattress. We turned the AC on ans it sounded like an airplane starting up, so loud we couldnt sleep and without it, it was so hot. The hot tub was luke warm and charge $12 for parking. The front desk never mentioned a fee for that. Never been to a hotel that chraged for parking. This isnt a resort.

Always a great place to stay! Slightly less services are available on Sat & Sun, a little disappointing.

Smelled. Bed was so uncomfortable. Heater thermostat didn’t work.

Great customer service Amazing. We forgot a few things, and they provided complementary versions of what we needed

Of all the SpringHills on our road trip, this was probably the newest, and it showed: It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was good.
