Very noisy room above. Sounded like bath. Got the morning staff to hear when delivering breakfast even they said it was very noisy. The noise went on until midnight on our one night. Lack of food and drink in the evening was also major issue . Felt other places for similar money would have provided a better stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the infinity suite exceeded all expectations. The space was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, offering a truly luxurious experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a relaxing, indulgent getaway. 5 stars all the way! Would definitely stay again!

The room was incredible, and great location. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be returning, to try out another room. I had many friends asking where I had gone also from the pictures as the room was just breathtaking.

The room was fantastic, no complaints at all The mini bar was replenished for our second night The hot tub was brilliant The breakfast was brought to us in our room after ordering on an app and everything on the breakfast was really top quality products and plenty of it The only down side is that there was no air conditioning and the room was boiling even after leaving the windows open, yes there was a fan but at £350 per night I would have expected it as standard

Beautiful place. Stayed in the infinity suite which was amazing!! We booked last minute and once arrived we was shown straight to our room . Room was even more beautiful than the pictures

The most disappointing trip I think k I've experienced for what I paid. We stayed in the garden suite for one night for my husbands birthday. At first glance everything looked has it should , until i noticed the wall pannaling falling apart and coming away from the wall. There was a cigarette burn in one of the dressing down sleeves. Half the jets in the hot tub didn't not work and the canopy above it was full of dirty rain water which looked like it had been there for weeks. I paid an extra £30 on arrival for breakfast and is was barely cooked the bacon was raw and the egg was slimy. I messaged the manager hoping for a response and thought if I could just get an apology then that would be fair but no response and no apology. You would think at all the money this place charges the maintenance would be kept up to.
